The food was fantastic and the service was exceptional!

We arrived late and still were welcomed by everyone there. 100% recommend the restaurant and our server, Jon, who was outstanding, kind, and had the best recommendations. You will not regret coming here; we certainly plan to return!!

In our search for great pizza in the Westerly RI area, several locals recommended for us to try Vetrano's Restaurant. We finally got around to it and found the staff to be super-friendly (hi Leslie!). We were surprised to see that they sold pizza by the slice. We ordered the "Special Combo" pizza which comes topped with 10 different traditional toppings (6 varieties of meats plus veggies, mushroom and olives). The crust was cooked perfectly and had a nice crust and texture that reminded me of freshly baked italian bread. The toppings were plentiful, fresh, well balanced flavor and delicious.

We're so glad we tried Vetrano's and will be back for sure for more pizza and to try out their other lunch and dinner entrees.

My love affair started with the bread,not just ordinary bread. The bread was cooked and seasoned to perfection.it was served with olive oil that had plenty of shaved roasted garlic in it...delicious
.our fried calamari was cooked to perfection,tender,soft and delectable. The marinara sauce was out of this world.
Dinner was served with a house salad. Tmy grandaughter ordered the shrimp Rivera over angel hair pasta with spinach.it was cooked all frenchessa. It was delicious.plenty to bring home.
I ordered zuppa de pesci over linguine. It was amazing. Came with scallops,scungelli ,calamari,clams,mussels and shrimp,and plenty of garlic.i loved it.i would say my only negative would be I didnt find any scungelli,just 2 scallops,shrimp and 3 clams.
I highly recommend this establishment.i would definitely go here again to try their other creations.

One last the the wait staff was outstanding. Our drinks were refilled without having to ask. She seen to all our request immediately.

I order a particular pizza every week and I am never disappointed. The staff are very helpful and kind. The kitchen is very clean and organized.

I love this place. I’ve only been here a few times but it’s always been great. Today, even though there was only one guy in the whole place, he still managed to give us fantastic service and the food was great.

Madison is the best.. she was training Jamie the last time I was there.. she’s very professional and always remembers me. Leslie is awesome!! Acutely everyone that works there are great.

Great if you have someone with food allergies, for the first time I was able to get take out for every one in our family even the one with allergies! Great food, great staff and great place to sit and have a quick drink!

The Cobb salad was great and had generous amounts of chicken, bacon, olives, and avacado. We enjoyed their pasta vodka, meat sauce, and shared a few slices of pizza while we were waiting for take out. Very friendly staff and reasonably priced.

If you're staying anywhere in Rhode Island near Westerly or over the border of Connecticut nearby this is definitely worth the drive to amazing Italian food. Service was okay however for some reason it wasn't busy and we had to wait to get our check almost an hour with a bunch of kids so be prepared in case it happens to you.
It's a real true authentic Italian food and there pizza is great also . Try anything off the menu and it's worth every penny.

Waitress was very attentive and professional. Food was excellent as usual. Fettuccine Alfredo and Meatball Parm grinder were the best!

I go here regularly and the food is always great and consistent with amazing service. Today I got the Grandma Gorgonzola, added sausage, possibly the best pizza I've ever had so I needed to post.

My fiancée and I came to grey sail brewing company and tried pizza from the vetranos pizza truck. Pizza turned out beautiful. Great flavorful dough, great sauce and the cheese was just delicious. Some good ingredients in that pizza. Joseph made our pizza to perfection and served it to our table. Kudos Joseph.

(We are from NY as well so we hold our pizza standards pretty high. Lol)

I use to live in Westerly RI. After moving away my family would travel back home to visit my Irish mother and family. We always enjoyed dining at Vetranos an Italian restaurant, our first choice. Our meals are delicious, hot and cooked to perfection.

Great Pizza! We had service at the grey sail brewery and it was amazing! Only thing was the kids around who were throwing rocks at everyone, a bit of a downer so I would suggest an age limit after 8pm! pizza 10/10 place 8/10 !

The food was excellent. Staff was attentive and we'll informed on the menu.

Ordered from here a couple of weeks ago and we weren't happy. Ordered again today figured $5.00 for national pizza day and we'd give them 1 more try because we love NY style pizza! They definitely redeemed them selves today. Considering how busy they were the pizza was excellent!

Really good pizza. One of my favorites in westerly. Update: I work much closer now and it's now my go to lunch spot before work almost every day! Still get the same consistent quality pizza every time.

One of my two favourite Italian restaurants in the "Mystic Country" area (the other being Tony D's in New London). Vetrano's is my go-to family red sauce Italian restaurant when I am craving chicken parmesan.

Classic red sauce Italian decor, friendly and attentive servers, good food, and generous portions for the price paid, what's not to love?? Can get rather busy on the weekends, but I have never had to wait more than 15 minutes for a table, and half of the people waiting inside the door are there for pizza takeaway. If you are in Westerly (or Watch Hill, Stonington, or Mystic) and looking for Italian food, I highly recommend Vetrano's.

Truly a hidden gem! I’ve been going to westerly for years and my boyfriend suggested this place as they’ve been coming for years, and I can see why! The bread is soft on the inside, lightly crisp on the outside, great menu variety, delicious salads, and service is always wonderful! I can’t wait for my next trip!
