Went in to make a purchase. Had called a lift to bring me to the store and lift doesn't wait for you if you're over a certain amount of time. When I got inside, the cashier was by himself taking a trade-in with multiple items. I asked him very nicely if he was working alone and he said yes. I told him and the customer my situation with the Lyft. I asked if it would be okay if I could go ahead and make my purchase and get out of their way. The customer and cashier were both okay with doing that. Cashier was extra friendly and extra helpful. If you want good customer service, go in after eight and maybe the cashier who was working that night will be there for you... Just want to say thank him and his other customer for being so kind and courteous..

I had gone in a couple days ago looking for some Pokémon tins and saw on their website that they had some in stock. Dropped by since it was super close by.

Walked in and was greeted by these two employees. They were nice and extremely friendly. They instantly made me feel like they were here to help me find whatever I was looking for as soon as I walked in through the doors.

I don’t remember the lady’s name but she was extremely pretty and did the most without me even asking. I had told her about my search for these Pokémon tins and she looked up what stores had them and even wrote down the amount number they had, for me. Then she even proceeded to call one of the locations, which was one of the closer ones, to see if they could check for me in order to save me the trip if they didn’t have it.

To be clear, I hadn’t even asked for any of that and the woman continued to do everything in her power to make sure I had all the information I needed to be set on my continuous search. Just… she was amazing. She was amazing and I didn’t even need to ask. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Great prices in Clearance….and they had the midnight suns exclusive funko pop ironman released in store only with purchase of the game on Dec 2nd…..killer POP.

Great Customer Service. Called looking for the Umbreon Gamestop stamp card from Obsidian. He hooked me up and didn't try to hide them like some of the other Game Stop employees.

George was extremely helpful with me when I came in, I was asking questions about Roblox (for my daughter) and gave me amazing advice on it. He also saw that I haven’t been a customer since 2020 and asked why to make sure that I didn’t have a bad experience with GameStop. He was truly amazing and I 100% recommend this location! It’s clean, the security is good and checked on us also the store was extremely organized. Thank you George for being amazing with me, your customer service skills are AMAZING! Also super friendly and it was nice to shop and be able to have a conversation as well without feeling rushed. Thanks George!

My husband works up here sometimes & I go with him every once in awhile! We live in Tennessee now! This store is Really nicely set up & every time I've stopped in here the people who work here are always Very Nice, Friendly & Polite! Really helpful if I'm looking for something innperticular for our son who has Huge Collections! Recommend you trying it out!

The people who work here are friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable..... They practically had to bend over backward to make me happy, and they did .....ultimately I am well pleased with my experience there today

The BEST customer service and they always get new and great stuff in. I actually enjoy bringing my kids here and getting to see there faces light up when they find that one cool action figure or get the exclusive rare item in there blind bag. I probably enjoy how excited they get more than they do the games and toys. All my kids from 6 to 16 love this game stop. Highly recommend them if your shopping for yourself, birthdays, or christmas they have a great selection of new and used games and accessories. And lots of cool unique merchandise and apparel and I can't say this enough the Employee's are amazing!!!!

I purchased a game on Morse Road got home it did not work went to return it a different location which is this one although they're not all connected the manager took the time to get on the phone and call the store on Morris to get the information so that he could replace my product and I might add he was on hold for quite a while but he got the situation corrected and I was very happy

The employees we're very friendly told me about all of the good deals for today showed me the weekly ad did not get upset if I wanted to add more to my cart and explain what game for good and their opinion overall fantastic experience

Went in there my MLB the show 19 was not put on my pre-order gave up my $5 and they didn't even have it on my pre-order. without hesitation the supervisor took great care of me didn't argue it he knows that I'm a repeat customer at the store and everything was just outstanding the customer service was outstanding and I walked away with my MLB and I highly recommend the Whitehall GameStop and personally want to thank the supervisor for taking care of everything for me. now I'm looking forward to getting my game informer magazine since the address was wrong we input it which he also made sure was taken care of after or before I left the store. Excellent job

I love this Gamestop!! I had a gift card for gamestop so I wanted to buy some things from there. I went with my mom and my younger sister. The man there (I dont know your name, sorry) is SUPER helpful and extremely friendly. When we were checking out he even gave me some freebees! I didn't expect it at all! He gave me a Pokemon pin with Kyogre and Groudon on it, 2 pokemon stickers and 1 pokemon trading card! Thanks so much, btw! :D
