Two employees went above and beyond to help me on 1/13/24. I needed 3 large, 2 inch foam boards to create an attic fan box cover before artic temps set in. They helped me cut the boards down so they could fit in my van. they also helped me find a couple other items before loading it all in my van. Forever grateful!

Went in for a Blackstone and found all the help I needed through the manager, Bradley. Super good dude who cares about his store and his customers. I am very thankful for the help. Even though I'm currently assembling the grill and I'm going through flashbacks of assembling Ikea furniture. I am happy with my experience. Also, shout out to Linda, who rang us up and wanted some burgers. I got ya! Bring the UTV!

My wife and I went to the store on August 2023 and Daisy helped us to find what we were looking for. She did a very good job. She's got excellent customer service skills.

Went to Lowe's to get paints blinds and other things we needed for the house................ Lowe's since I was here the last time I bought a lot of stuff and I've been really really busy and here is some of the stuff that I've accomplished!!! some of the kitchen... Some of the bathroom... I am so happy with the outcome so far!

Went to Lowe's today was looking at tile and different tiles and different options of tiles and the prices of tiles and just finally came across the tile I want to get for this kitchen knowing that I'm not going to be staying here and but I still wanted to look nice so this is what I came up with it's an inexpensive way to make something look nice and still have a little Style..

Well stocked and clean. Friendly and attentive staff.

Paint department can match pretty much anything you bring them.

Daysi was very helpful and knowledgeable. I was very pleased with my visit at that location when she helped me to find what I needed. I usually have problems not getting help, but she never hesitates to help.

Harold was very accommodating, friendly, and helpful when we went in to buy a washer and dryer today! Other employees were friendly and willing to help as we meandered around, too. Thanks, dude!

The support personnel are great! Much better than Home Depot…knowledgeable and available. Don’t have to search for them.

Store was clean and well stocked, found what I needed pretty quickly. Has a self-checkout area, found close ample parking.

Great plant selection and great prices on outdoor furniture and free delivery on selected pieces.Lowes gives me inspiration

Had a good experience came in 10 mins after they opened their doors at 6am. Was promptly greeted by an associate who welcomed with a. "good morning" followed by several other associates also acknowledging my presence. I definitely appreciate the staff for being one of the few businesses on this side of east broad street who actually don't make you feel like a burden and/or act like you shouldn't be there. Definitely will be back.

I entered the store looking for a light bulb. Well, I found that and more. They had a great sale on lamps. Also an amazing selection of area rugs. I was lucky to find a wool handmade rug on clearance. Martez the sales specialist in flooring was very helpful. The UPC code was missing and he was able to look it up. Plus he folded the rug so I could take. It was a huge task. Thank you very much, Martez.

Great selection and friendly staff. I'm not a huge fan of self check out. If you have any sale items, a staff override is required. If you buy spray paint and certain glues, staff check of I.D. required. which, in the end, makes it more involved than a regular checkout.

I left an item at the store and they called me when someone returned it! Nice folks, and they always have what I need for projects.

I really appreciate you!! You have truly been there since COVID started. I appreciate going to Lowes and immediately get assistance, I do not have to look for someone to help me. Other stores I've been to I hear crickets when I walk in the door and they have to page for a cashier to come to the register. Thank you for your excellent service!!!!

We were purchasing a mini fridge and were helped by Harold. He did a great job, as he had two other customers at the same time.

Came in the day before the 2022 Xmas snow storm to get some plywood to cover up my fireplace. Quan and Noah are real stand up guys who provided exceptional service. They were very patient with me and made sure I was nothing short of satisfied. It’s hard to find customer service like that! Thanks so much gentlemen!

The newly employed gentleman (His very first day was Saturday, 12/3/22); over the home and gardening at East Broad Street (near James Road) is 🌟A💯+. He made sure the black rubber mulch, that i needed for my granddaughter, was correct and that the service we received was respectful and professional. He sees to the needs and service received by every Lowe's customer is excellent. Above and beyond the norm👍🏼. Thank you, Sir.
