This review is about Nathan, I wish I could've apologized in person but I didn't want it to be awkward. My sister was being a little too much asking questions, changing things last minute, asking about stuff and I felt really bad but Nathan had no problem well, doing his job. I work in retail myself and know how annoying customers like that can be so I really appreciate how patient he was with us. What stood out to me was his ability to be able to make small talk with us and just being sweet during our whole transactions (because I know I can't do that lol). I was a little embarrassed about my sister that I wanted to leave the store right away and I didn't even notice I left one of our bags behind. I didn't hear him yelling to us that we forgot our bag and honestly would've driven away up until another customer came up to us and told us he wanted to run up to us outside of the store to give it to us, but he couldn't leave the store. TELL ME THAT ISN'T SWEET! I drove up embarrassed again we cracked a few jokes and drove away. Yes, with retail I know you are supposed to go above and beyond with customers but my whole interaction with Nathan felt very genuine and sweet. Can't thank him enough <3

Had a hair appointment with Wendy today. She did such lovely job and was such a pleasure to chat with. It's hard to find a good stylist for curly hair. SO happy with how my hair turned out! Thank you, Wendy!

Lots of products. Went in for a beauty blender and was not hard to find with a wide selection of blender options too which was assuring. Store was somewhat busy, a small line at the register.

Went here today for my free birthday gift but they were out of stock but gladly gave me a birthday gift replacement and actually wished me a happy birthday, this is why it is my favorite Ulta location. I've been to several different locations and they all said sorry and sent me on my way and didn't even wish me a Happy Birthday, but this location gets 5+ stars for being the type of store to have good customer service 🤗 Thank you to everyone who works here.

The employees are so kind and helpful.

A sweet employee helped me color match for foundation and helped me try to pick out a lipgloss! She was so nice I’d definitely come back. She was so patient with me and I saw how she helped others!! The store itself was great! So many things,, so many selections! Anyway, I love Tarte and Ka-brow products! This store had it! And it was easy to navigate around!

Employees are very friendly and helpful.
Having only two people on the floor is not enough, especially at night. A security guard should be present. There was a shoplifter that just walked out. These ladies kept their cool in a difficult situation.

OMG! I'm 43 and went to Ulta for my first time and I confessed to the first sales person I saw. I asked how do I find a foundation? I've been trying to find a new one for awhile now. We spoke for 30 seconds and she knew exactly what I needed. Confused, asked her how do I find the right color. She color matched me and picked the perfect brand, color, and coverage. I went to pay and I heard there was a rewards program, so of course I had to ask. The cashier took a couple minutes to help me get set up and showed me around the app too. I will be back 100%. The customer service was perfect!!!!!!

This review is to thank MAGALY for her wonderful service she's very nice and helpful. MAGALY asked me if I would like to apply for the ulta credit card and she help me & I got approved. Also I had questions in regards to a product I wanted to try and Magaly was very professional and saved me the hassle of running around the store 🙏

Kathy was so kind and helpful, she explained to me every option I was looking for that had to do with lip moisturization because of the heat this season. Definitely gave it her best regarding customer service and I found the perfect product thanks to her help, it was even a duo so not only my husband has the lip recovery now but me too (:

This store is really wonderful! They have such a wide selection of products, at so many different prices, each worth your buck! The employees are also very kind and helpful people! Love going to Ulta! I give thanks to all the wonderful workers there!

It's ulta what can I say. Make up galore

The store was clean and quiet perfect morning 🌄. The customer service was great. They always ask if you need help and if you are looking for anything in particular. They are very helpful ❤

I love coming to Ulta over Sephora, staff is way more willing to help you. I got my color match, skipped the sample and ending up buying the foundation because I genuinely felt like staff listened to what I was looking for and hit the nail. I love the option of getting drug store makeup in the same place making it a one shop stop for hygiene/beauty necessities.

Wife was in the middle of getting ready for wedding. She was maid of honor. Unfortunately she ran out of makeup. I had to get it. Figured it would be simple in and out. Yeah right, makeup is no joke! Thankfully I was able to get her to text me a picture of what was needed, showed it to the young lady and she took me right to it. I am still amazed at how much makeup there is for ladies!

Love this store! Beauty heaven! They have every beauty product you can imagine. Makeup, creams, shampoo, conditioner, perfume, and more. They carry major name brand products. You can have an associate give you recommendations & sit you down and apply on you.

I got great help great customer service is up the roof!! My first time ever going to an Utla. Im happy i went there. A large selection of products. Even men product available. Will definitely go back !

I love this location! I have a hard time finding a store that doesn't treat you like trash. At some locations I've had people stalk me threw the store just because I wasn't dolled up 🙃
