Starbucks

This Starbucks is the very Best one to buy my favorite coffee. The employees are so polite and always helpful and very happy. This place warms my heart and puts a smile on face each and every time I visit.

My go to location. It's down the street from my job. This location has efficient workers. I order on my app and by the time I get there my drink is ready for pick up. Employees are also so nice. They great everyone when they walk thru the door and the vibe here is just good.

The parking here however is a freakin nightmare. They share a small small parking lot with like 5 other places and you're lucky if you ever find a spot near the Starbucks.

I ordered my coffee in the morning, was held up by work. I got there 3 hours later, but by then they threw my drink away. I told the Barista, and she cheerfully made me another fresh coffee ☕ No questions asked ! A+++

Today, I re-visited this local Starbucks in Rosemead. I am so glad that I did. Today, I met Andrea she is the manager.

She made me feel like my life mattered.

This is how. So, they are practicing physical distancing and requiring face coverings. I did not realize I had entered without a face covering. But, Andrea noticed. She asked me if I could use a face covering. I did not have one. I said YES! I. Whew! Then, she helped me with my order be sure I got it right. When she realized that I ordered a drink smaller than I wanted. She had my drink upgraded to the size I wanted. The Customer service was so excellent in this Starbucks that I had to tell Andrea if I were grading customer service today I would’ve given you an A+. She just smiled.

It was a quick stop at this location.

Staffs were nice, polite, and friendly.

I had venti-sized hot cameral macchiato. It has been a while.

COVID spread out is getting lower and lower. However, stay Healthy, Be Safe, and Be Well until there is an absolute zero rate of transmittable of COVID virus.

Super friendly fun staff, I was confused on how to order and the staff knew exactly what I wanted!!! Clean facilities, which is important and very clean and germ free environment

Joanne was really nice new what I wanted once I just said it didn't even need explanation. Vivian executed my drink to perfection I have asked for this drink many times before and they never get it right so I was pleasantly surprised thanks soo much girls!!

Place is always busy and the customer service is great!

I love their nitro brew with cinnamon. I just go for the coffee, not much to say about their workers. I’d rather say now that they keep to themselves, but their orders come out great.

This is one of my favorite Starbucks locations to frequent, especially because of the high quality coffee & food as well as the stellar customer service provided by the baristas on the daily.

Special thanks to Wameng for the Impossible Breakfast Sandwich that had just the right amount of hotness & Sabina for making my Grande Mocha w/ soy milk and whip cream (because that's the best part :)) just right; I'm not surprised with how amazing my Starbucks breakfast was given the expertise skills of Starbucks baristas like Wameng & Sabina.

Staff is friendly and very efficient. We were in and out with our drinks in about 10 minutes.

Online orders are organized on a side table near the back of the shop.

They do not offer in-door seating but have a good sized patio.

Service here is great and employees are very knowledgeable felt well respected on the way in

Drinks are always great but what makes a huge difference are their people skills. Today was exceptional. The gentleman ask if I needed anything else including ice water. Kindness and thoughtfulness goes a long ways. Thank you !!!
