It was am amazing experience at this t mobile store. I went here to receive a home internet set up. When I entered the store the staff all greeted me as I entered. Wendy the store MANAGER assisted me. (I think she was the manager... If not she should be. Cause she is one amazing person). she was so polite and well trained at her position that I could not ask a question because she had the answers before needing to ask. I was amazed how smooth and easy the process was. Thank you again Wendy for this amazing experience!!!

The staff, she was very helpful compare to the store on Huntington Dr and Rosemead one sales associate was chewing gum and keep popping it every few seconds.

I went in the T-mobile store for a phone repair. The process was fast and efficient, I was in and out less than an hour. I was provided with an amazing customer service experience. I am glad that T-mobile decided to put a repairs department at this location. Shout out to all the Amazing Techs that worked at this Store. Strongly Recommended!!!

I went to the T-Mobile store to get a new phone and the wait was long and the store was closing soon. One of the managers Moises came out and and explained that he would help everyone.

Once it was my turn he was very helpful, knowledgeable and took his time with me. Another associate Jasmin also helped me she was great! Thanks to both of you for making my experience pleasant.

What amazing customer service. ASHLEY IS AMAZING! Professional helpful so kind and understanding. We were having so much trouble trying to transport a Sprint number to my existing t mobile account. They figured out a way to do it. Thank you for your help Sara! After four days of going to different stores and a couple hours with customer service. We were losing hope. Thank you guys. We are so deeply sorry to have kept you all after closing. This truly made us have a better experience. Thank you again.

Hands down the best service I’ve gotten. Valery and Erick were so helpful. I came in with a difficult situation that 3 other stores couldn’t resolve but they handled it perfectly. I am so happy with their service. They didn’t rush on me and just were what you want as customer service. They need a raise !! Even though i had a tough situation they didn’t give up so easily on me and fixed everything. I am so pleased.

What I wanted to do couldn't be solved in store, I had to call BUT Valery took the time to explain to me plans and guid me on the process I was about to endure over the phone. I spent roughly an hour on the phone and throughout the entire time she kept checking up on us even though they were busy. I definitely recommend working with VALERY if you come to this store :)

I came here to add data for my mom's phone and while I was here- the rep, Jasmeen (probably spelled wrong, sorry)- assisted us and was able to bring down my monthly bill because my mom's age. The whole transaction took less than 10 minutes. My bill is now 20 dollars cheaper per month. Thanks TMOBILE ROSEMEAD!

I was extremely happy with the patience and customer service that the employee Diego gave me and my husband. Even called the Tmobile representatives for me to help get my problem resolved efficiently. This guy needs a raise ASAP!
