Devon Hobbs was professional, helpful and helped us to troubleshoot our phones, order an upgrade and efficiently completed all plan reviews SAVING us some money on a better plan! He also offered to give tips and assistance at any time on a drop in basis. He was excellent!

Manager was super helpful! Dealing with a lot of customers and multi-tasking but handles it very professionally. I would definitely recommend them to anyone- seems to be turning things around in this store! The wait time can be long but they make sure everything is good and there aren’t any issues going forward.

The store manager Kevin did an awesome job helping me add a line and upgrade my kids phones. Entire process went quicker than expected, all contacts and photos were imported and everything went smoothly. Both Kevin and Bridget get an A++ from me. Highly recommended!

On two separate visits, Christian and then Andrew, provided outstanding customer service. Knowledgeable, patient, and pleasant. I mostly do my AT&T business online, however, I felt in store service for my particular requests this time was warranted. Great decision!

I have been using this store location in Derry, NH as needed since it opened, and let me tell you, it has been through many different staffing changes. Some good and some not so impressive. However the one thing that remains constant is they want / try to provide you with a solution and help you leave with a positive experience (even if they couldn’t help with a situation, you know at least did their best with the variables that are in their control). Now, this positive experience I mention, requires two parties participation under the following guidelines:

A - The AT&T technician listens, understands and treats you with courtesy and respect while trying to solve the challenge brought forth.

B – The customer understands the following, but not limited to: 1) having patience - as it might not be a “quick” in and out solution, 2) user error / misunderstanding on your part, e.g. unpaid bills, not responding to emails, not taking action immediately on a potential issue and waiting until it becomes a bloody mess, and 3) common courtesy / respect. Remember the technician is there to help you – you might be complaining about an issue they probably know nothing about or just looking for general information (maybe questioning plan/new phone/etc.).

Ok, everyone got the guidelines down? Moving forward…

This is truly a “one stop shopping” experience store. And in my recent experience switching to new phones after 5 years, and witnessing others come in to do the same; the process can range from 30 – 60 minutes. This involves time needed to determine which phone is the best fit not only for features desired, but also includes explanation of phone capabilities, advantages, any disadvantages, plans, etc.

The store Manager (Nick) is very knowledgeable about the products and services not only for AT&T, but has additional knowledge with other carriers to help any transition to go smoothly. Of course, if the other carrier makes it difficult to switch to AT&T (not to mention names…SPRINT), that is out of his control. But rest assured he will do everything in his capability to get you where you need to be or at least provide a direction to go in to try to resolve the concern. Nick can even impressingly (is that a word? Spell check says not, but you get the idea) multitask amongst several customers at one time to keep one party from waiting. So as long as you don’t mind sharing the assistance without the 1:1 attention, this gets many people taken care of without long wait times per user if handled on an individual basis! I’ve been a part of this sharing attention and Nick ROCKS! Now if you happen into the store when he can offer you the 1:1 time that is even better! Nick is very friendly, courteous and follows my rules above - LOL

Now there might be other stores that can compare in customer service to this store, but at least I only have to travel 5 minutes away and know I will get outstanding support and guidance!

People are so quick to want to yell / complain / even sue for a bad experience (and trust me it happens, so in these cases do what you feel is best). However, when someone provides you with excellent 10+ service (whether you expected it or not OR were just blown away how awesome it was) why not take the time to write a complimentary review?!

A+++ service and support for a job well done. AT&T has a loyal customer partly because of the customer service and support provided by the team at this location. This includes assistance before, during and most importantly, after the sale. AT&T should be happy to have this current staff working for them and representing the company in a professional manner. - Diane B, Derry NH

I've been an AT&T customer for just a couple of years (after 10 with Verizon) and when our phones were paid off, we were looking at ALL the options. It wasn't AT&T's prices that kept us as customers - it was the way I saw the employees working with customers while we waited our turn. We bought new phones & accessories, and when I had a little glitch with one of the products, Kevin and Nick jumped into action and made sure we were happy customers. THAT is customer service!!

I counted down the days until I could leave my former carrier and switch to AT&T in Londonderry. My business and family plan are exactly what I need thanks to Nick's honesty and quick, thoughtful knowledge. I was in and out in record time with multiple lines, plus some additional equipment Im so glad he offered, and I saved some $$ too. Go see AT&T Londonderry!!!!!

The customer service in this location is beyond compare. These guys helped us get the best phone for our needs within our budget and spent over an hour setting it up and transferring data from our old phone onto the new phone.

Of four stores in NH, this one was the one that had eSIMs in stock and knew how to transfer a prepaid eSIM to a new phone. Was in and out in 10 minutes.
