After a strenuous search for a narrow counter height table to fit my breakfast nook, I found one at BigLots! I love it, and it fits perfectly in my space. Brandon and Tim at the New Haven store were so very helpful!! Thank you so much ~

I lovvee this big lots location. It always has a variety of great and unique things. The employees and the store cleanliness combined with the great deals is an amazing shopping experience. Also VERY child friendly with the products for cheap prices.

Ordered chair online for pickup at Illinois Road but got the email next morning they didn't have item in stock like their system said. Stopped at New Haven location and furniture supervisor Tim was very helpful and honored the price from previous nights email.

Store employees were so very pleasant and helpful, especially the little girl who checked me out. She was so customer friendly, she made me want to hang out there. Wish I had got her name. This store has about anything and everything you can imagine!! Went in to look for a couple of items and ended up buying several things that I could use at home! Many other people were also prousing through the store and were getting items for the winter days ahead. Check out was quick and easy! Clerk was helpful and polite. You can browse through the store at your own leisure and help is available if it's needed! Handicapped parking is available if needed! Hats off to another Big Lots store and its staff!!

Ordered my dresser was told could be 4 to 8 weeks due to drivers etc well it came in not even a week later very happy with the service they have great people working at that Big Lots they are always very helpful nice and polite will always shop at that store.

Inexpensive place to shop with decent quality products. Our finds there include Nutritional Yeast and Liquid Aminos at a discounted price! They occasionally have healthy soups (Frontier brand) and even a healthy Risotto mix you can buy. A variety of Dr. Teals Epsom salts can be found there. You can also find home decor there, we got our Christmas tree from them a few years back. Definitely check it out before you shop elsewhere (i.e. Kroger or Meijer). Your pocketbook will thank you.

We got an amazing deal on a new Sealy mattress set. Signed up to get the Big Lots customer card a few days before and got 15% off the entire order. The staff was extra helpful and gave us the name of a local company to deliver it two days later for $75.

The store is clean, bewly reorganized with different and betterxquality utens than years past. It is rarely crowded and tge employees are always friendly

It's a very convenient place for me to shop. You never know what you may find at this place! There is a bit of everything and reasonable prices.
