Jim is PHENOMENAL. I purchased a new iPhone 15, 2 gizmo watches and 1 Apple Watch. He was very helpful and knowledgeable when explaining the products, promotions, he even offered me home internet service but unfortunately it is not yet available in my area, or I would have switched. Richard who is the manager, was very supportive and assisted Jim with a few complications. Everyone here works as a team player and it is a lovely thing to experience in today’s day and age. Thank you for being a reliable place of service.

What can I say about the wonderful staff of the Delmont wireless zone? Andrew and Rick are always well prepared to help with any of your phone needs. I will be recommending them to everyone that needs an upgrade or help with their phone. Always a pleasure!

That guy James up there is the most credible, and outstanding employee up at this location. Got my fiancé and I set up on the new iPhone 15 pro maxes, and gave me those nice deals and a great trade in also for a great price. Go see James at Verizon he will get you squared away.

Rick was able to help me with my phone problems. He was very respectful and very knowledgeable. Also, was a very good salesman with upselling current promotions. Overall great experience.

Very happy with Rick at this store. He is very knowledgeable. He answered many questions about current plan and with upgrading 3 phones and adding additional products and services to my mother, myself and my 2 daughters. He worked from 10 am to closing to help us accomplish all these things. I wish more companies provided customers with Rick’s customer services skills. A job well done!!

I went in to upgrade my Apple Watch and get my husband an Apple Watch. The young man named Jim, who assisted us, was very knowledgeable and helpful. He explained the prices of the different watches and plans. I left feeling very confident in my purchase.

The Delmont store is exceptional. Andrew Barris is a great rep and knows his stuff. Honest and respectful. I love my new cell phone thanks to Andrew.

Rick L. is a top notch employee!! He was the only one working and the store was busy. (he said the Delmont location is not even where he usually works) His multi-tasking skills were amazing!
He was very patient with every customer that walked in even though he was busy. The customer service he provided some of the customers was above and beyond. For example, he was helping an older gentleman with bill pay outside of his Verizon bill. He was also working with a hearing impaired gentleman helping him with passwords. Verizon is lucky to have such a dedicated employee!!

Rick was the man didn’t try to up charge me on anything. Got my phone set up and put the door!

The guys at the Verizon store are beyond excellent. If you want first class customer service and a personalized approach come to this store. Smart phones are expensive and the staff here gives you one on one attention throughout the life of your smart phone. They are wonderful when you are purchasing and equally as wonderful if you run into issues. I wouldn't go to any other Verizon store again.

My experience with Brandon today was excellent! I had a cracked screen and he made the transition to a new phone seamless. He also explained everything thoroughly so that there were no surprises!! So nice to witness great customer service.

Josh Rittner helped me through the process of upgrading my iPhone to a 14 Pro Max. Josh explained all the various iPhone 14 models and we discussed those that may be better suited for my situation (I’m visually impaired).Although there were less expensive models, I chose the Pro Max as the one with the best features that l could utilize. Josh did not pressure me in any way towards any particular phone. He was friendly, knowledgeable and a pleasure to do business with. I highly recommend him to anyone in the market for a new wireless phone!
