When Ronnie is working the food and service is better than any other fast food restaurant out there. Thanks for having such a high standard for fresh and quality menu items!!!

This Wendy’s is great quick drive thru and order is always right.

Food was good. Service was quick and the dining area was clean.

Been traveling past this Wendy's for a long time. I only go through the drive thru, but it is fast, food is good, and people are especially nice to me every time. They're doing something right here. Thanks.

Did the drive thru this evening and placed a large order and the staff did an excellent job! All the food was hot and fresh! I asked for a lot of ketchup for all the fries and they did not disappoint, they gave us probably 20 packs and we used them all. They were also very fast,, keep up the great work!

I can't eat much of anything due to diseases, and it is nice to have fresh fries and I'll suffer for my spicy chicken sandwich. It's so good!

Staff was friendly and made sure that our slightly difficult order was perfect. The food was all fresh, and honestly it was a clean and great environment.

Great food, love the square burger patties, hence (Dave) never cut corners on food presentation! The entire staff at route #22 & #66 are professional and kind always.

This is a terrible store, dining still remains closed. French fries always old and limp. This was before Covid a great location. Now a five star store, dining room open, great help and hot fresh food now.

Great Wendys. Friendly staff, comfortable seating. Food was made quickly and tasted as it should.

This particular location has consistently surprised me. The town in which it resides has been a one day food restaurant town for ages, McDonald's was the sole drive thru. Finally a Taco Bell popped up a few years ago, and had major growing pains. Friendly service but extremely slow.

Wifi is sufficient, seating comfortable, televisions on mute so the sound is not annoying. Beverages are self serve freestyle machines so you have every option Coca-Cola has to offer, great for those of us that don't want sugar, caffeine, and/or carbonation.

The evening crew here are outstanding and have a very positive attitude.

The daytime however should be avoided at all costs. Their daytime staff are insufficiently trained, can't tell the difference between a "mobile order" being one that a cell phone or computer is used to order instead of standing in line, and a take out order. Their mobile order queue screen was not working, so the person at the counter was calling for a "take-out" order... and had a bag to go... I ordered dine in via the app because the line to order would have taken longer. When I tried to clarify if this was my order, the employee got upset with me because she had been calling for a while now. I told her it was a dine in order, and she again became irate. I then told her that i'm missing condiments for my salad, which after 4 attempts to get her to give me the right items, i gave up. Then came the argument that I still hadn't gotten my drink yet, told her specifically and showed her on the receipt that it said a medium drink, and she still gave me a small drink. All while still scowling and blaming me for the problem when she could not simply read the order and provide what was enumerated on the order. I would chalk some of this up to a communication problem had I ordered verbally, however the app and the receipt were extremely clear on what I had ordered, and even after discussion and pointing out that she still did not get it right, somehow that still remained my fault.

As if that wasn't enough, the same person came out to the dining room and apologized to everyone at their table except for me for their wait and experience with how busy it was. Then joked with them that people who want to complain can leave in a very loud voice while looking at me. I really can't say I've seen such horrible service in a long time. It's one thing when a restaurant makes an occasional mistake or just cant keep up, but for an employee to lash out at a customer repeatedly and carry a grudge to that level to displace her own list of mistakes and failures when I was simply assertive and clear about my order and expectations without being rude to her.... that's simply negligence of management and training if they're continuing to employ her. I can only wonder what else is wrong with the place and what other mistakes are being made then blamed on customers.

This is known as the hot Wendy's. Their food is ALWAYS hot and always tastes fresh! DAY or NIGHT! Never a long line and the staff is always happy to see me! My order has never been messed up here. Never.

Me and my 3 yo daughter came from the zoo and we stopped to get something to eat and use the bathroom. My daughter is special needs and the employees there went way above and beyond and made my daughter feel so special! I don't live close to this location bit we travel past to go to children's and we will stop every time! This is an amazing group of employees and management should be so very proud. Stopping made a good day, great!

LOVE their food! Fresh tasting, ALWAYS hot, right off the burner hot, and the drive thru is usually pretty quick service. Some nights it can be backed up but its usually a quick service.

I've always liked Wendy's burgers. For me, they're always cooked perfectly, and are very juicy. Doesn't hurt that they are a stones throw away from where I live. The service is always fast and friendly, and since I don't cook, it's far too easy to just drive thru...

Worker made a mistake when ringing me up and forgot to add 2 of something. She kindly owned up to it and gave it to us free.

Fresh food great service

the lady working at the first window at 4pm on February 13 is the sweetest person i have ever and will ever meet, she is the most pleasant soul. I am so pleased with how she helped me get the spicy chicken sandwich and her postive attitude made my whole year. I live an hour away but will be coming back to see her tomorrow. I wish her all the happiness in the world.

Damn one of the best Jr. Bacon cheese burgers I've ever had. And that's no LIE!!!!!! Did everything exactly the way I had asked. I will travel from Jeannette a lot more often for the greatness you provided today 3/2/2022
