Ashley Store

The Southern Pines Ashley Store is warm and inviting at every turn. Each room and vignette are strategically designed and executed with a current and modern flair. The layout and flow of the showroom makes shopping delightful. The staff is pleasant and graciously helpful. The clearance section is a deal finders dreamland and is worthy of shopping on a regular basis. The location is easily accessible with lots of parking. Highly recommend this beautiful showroom when selecting home furnishings. 🪑🪑🪑🪑🪑 💫

I would give 500 stars if they were available. Our Ashley store in Southern Pines is Awesome!! And if you need a calm, level headed, decorator assistant… Jess is your girl!! Could not have had a better shopping experience. This girl has a work ethic to beat all I’ve ever seen. Thank you for my new living room Jess and without a headache! Price was great also 💙💙💙💙💙💙💙🫶🏻🫶🏻

Great from start to finish. No pressure sales team. I walked the showroom. Sat in / on all the chairs, couches, loungers. Salesperson offered helpful information about configurations, options, customer satisfaction / feedback on specific items.
I bought a sectional couch of 5 pieces, a rug, and 6 seat dining set with china storage buffet. All of it is extraordinarily comfortable. Couch has deep seats with thick, solid cushions. I've fallen asleep on it. I love it. It did come w 10 plump decor pillow. Rug took about 2 weeks to relax but its pushing w/o being super thick. Feels dense with fibers. Dining set is not used frequently so I don't yet know the durability of the surface. It does have a slight scuff it arrived with but a colored wood pencil wood fix. I won't bc I like the look.. Chairs despite not looking comfy are. I thought the wood backs would feel hard but nope, actually nice to sit for meals. Table feels solid. No wobbles. Firmly planted. The China buffet is well built too. Its loaded. Three center drawers are felted. Top and bottom shelves of cabinet are not. Generously roomy. Just under 60" wide.
Finance with no interest for 12 months (then obvi ridiculous interest rate) but does sign you up for a credit card that you can cancel. I put down almost half. Using finance program for balance.

Great customer service. My wife and I bought a couch last year from Ashley in Southern Pines. We had a great experience so when it came time to get new coffee table we went back. I had been wanting to get a new mattress and adjustable bed as well. Even though we weren’t planning on buying it right away the salespeople were so helpful in getting us what we wanted and offering a great price we couldn’t pass it up. Great experience. We were greeted at the door but not pressured. We were asked what we were looking, were pointed in the right direction and then left alone to shop. Lou was available for questions and was also very helpful in pointing out other options which worked! We ended up with something we didn’t consider and are very happy!

I would be eternally grateful. Well, my experience there was very nice. The lady who helped me was very friendly. She looked for options based on what I wanted. She went and checked what options were available. She treated me really, really well. Honestly, she tried to give me the best possible options for what I was asking for. I’ve never felt so loved in a store before. It’s the first time I’ve found someone so kind who sought the best options for me and genuinely cared about what I wanted. Whether I’ll buy or not, I don’t know. But really, I wish there were more people like her working in places like this, in more, in all places. Because one truly feels loved.”

I visited the store on Sunday to look for dining room chairs. I spent quite a bit of time in the store and was actually able to find an entire dining set that will much better fit my needs.
My sales advisor was Michael - and he was patient with me as I looked at options and changed my mind multiple times. I never felt rushed or pressured.
He helped me select additional pieces as well and was able to help me get exactly what I needed.
I will definitely shop here again. And thank you, Michael, for making the entire process so easy!

Ashley was patient and informative, very helpful. She gave us space to browse but also was near enough to find for questions and provided feedback about design. Pleasant experience and would work with her and visit the store again.

I absolutely love the furniture from Ashley Home Furniture and needed to replace/obtain quite a few items after a cross country move. The staff were extremely kind, helpful, and informative when it came to choosing the best materials and colors for a house with multiple dogs and cats. I will definitely be coming back!

Bryn spent over 3 hours with us helping design a bedroom and outdoor space. She was amazing, knew the product and was great to work with! Will always ask for her!

This store location, although tucked back away a bit is filled with great customer service oriented workers! You'll enjoy getting just to talk with them all as they help you buy all your furniture needs!!

Sam was a huge help! We are now proud owners of a new king size bedroom suite! We went to several furniture stores over a course of two days. We even drove to Asheboro and out of all of the stores this was the only store that offered a bigger selection of higher quality furniture to choose from and overall more styles and colors to choose from. We were very pleased with the service too. Sam came up and greeted and welcomed us he directed what styles were on the left hand side and right hand side of the store and he told us their specials and then he let us look freely and was available when we needed him. Thank you for everything we definitely will be back.

I was in a difficult place, going through a separation and moving into a new home without any furniture. The help that I received at Ashley HomeStore, in Southern Pines, NC, by all the associates was amazing! Luke Seropian was the associate that helped me beyond any of my expectations. Every day, for almost a week, Luke would walk with me through the store, helping me find all the furniture I needed to furnish my home. He helped me furnish three bedrooms, a living room and dining room while also helping me get the financing I needed. I never felt pressured or hurried, and some days Luke continued to help me even when the store was closing. All and all, best furniture shopping experience I have ever had and the friendly and helpful staff made it that much better! If there were 10 stars, I would give them a 10!

Jess Carter helped me today pick out a new sofa in the Southern Pines store and she was so patient and wonderful. She went above and beyond helping me pick out just the right piece of furniture for my home. She looked up furniture online and also the timing of when it could be delivered. She had the best customer service skills of anyone I have worked with in a long time. I highly recommend looking her up if you are in this store and area.

My experience at this location was superb thanks to Jessica, the salesperson. She answered all the questions I had as well as showed me a lighter shade of brown in the recliner I was interested in purchasing by ordering it from the distribution center.
