Service was absolutely amazing. Mr. Steve responded to my garbage disposal leaking on time, gave a courtesy call (super polite)and showed up. But the professionalism didn’t stop there: He came with the replacement parts and replaced the entire unit in an hour. The new part came with a yr warranty😊10 out of 10 ABSOLUTELY would recommend. I contacted them 1st thing this morning and the problem was fixed by 3pm. Thank you Mr. Steve & staff for all that you do. Fayetteville don’t miss out on Quality service. Will definitely contact again for any further plumbing issues.

Tim was amazing! He came in and examined the problem. He had all the parts and was done in one hour. The worked that Tim did the replacement of new pipes underneath the sink was impressive. He did an excellent clean up after his work was finished. I highly recommend Thomas Plumbing, for future business. I will share the good news with my friends!

Had a serious back up in our plumbing that was backing up all of the bathrooms. Called Thomas Plumbing, they were able to come out within an hour and were able to diagnose and fix what other plumbers were not able to. Michael and Tanner were very knowledgeable and really went the extra mile! We found our plumbers!!! Hopefully we will never need them, but it's definitely peace of mind knowing how good they are if we are in trouble again!

The person that came to my house was very nice. Called me when he was on the way to let me know he was coming. After he looked at the issues I called them about he called again to explain what he found, what they had to do and how much it was going to cost. After the work was finished, he called to let me know they were done and what was done. I would definitely use them again and will recommend to call them if you have any issues with your plumbing.

I needed a plumber to fix a shower that would not turn off. The first two plumbers I called said it would be at least two weeks. I called Thomas around 11 AM and they arrived at 2 PM. Polite, professional and did very good work.

I get so nervous when calling companies for repairs because of the type service I receive. I called Thomas plumbing for a garbage disposal installation and sink installation and had a really good experience. Michael and Brandon came out to do the job for us. They were so courteous, patient and very knowledgeable of what they were doing. I really appreciate so much the time that they spent on the project. We are very thankful that we have such a wonderful company in Raeford as Thomas Plumbing Inc. They fixed our hot water heater which as it turns out it was under warranty and we were not charged at all. We really thought we should at least pay the labor but they said all was covered. We have been using Thomas since they first started in business years ago and have always been satisfied with the work as well as the employees who do the work. We just cant thank them enough. Thomas Plumbing was quick and professional. After scheduling an appointment, they followed up with confirmation emails and texts, which included details when the service member was on their way. Tim arrived on time and he educated me quickly on the repairs after looking through our concerns. They provided different avenues of repairs and what they recommended to be best. I had a water leak coming from the wall in my garage. My coworker highly recommended Thomas Plumbing, so I called and Lisa was prompt in setting an appointment.
Tim explained the whole process, and I was impressed with how fast he was able to locate the leak.

My shower faucet broke while trying to install a new lever. Thomas Plumbing was able to have a technician out same day, an hour earlier than quoted (which was amazing, since the water to my house was completely shut off). Thomas was able to cap off the water lines to the shower in a timely manner, explaining as he went. He also provided me with a quote to install a new setup, which was reasonable. Very polite and professional, highly recommend.
