Cook Out

My husband , son and I enjoy really enjoy eating at the Southern Pines Cookout. The food is always fresh , hot and delicious. Everyone that takes our order to the ones who prepare the order are extra nice and efficient. Tomatoes always good no matter the time of year. My husband loves the ranch chicken wrap. Nice to have a convenient place to pull in and eat and relax. Often we see the lady that delivers the necessary supplies to that Cookout. Her name is Letita Stukes( not sure about spelling). She is honestly one of the hardest working efficient people I have ever met. She is a little lady but boy can she handle that big truck. Enjoy seeing her when we happen to be there when she comes pulling in( which is often 🤣). Really appreciate the folks at the Southern Pines Cookout.

Out Shopping, was my first time for Lunch! Very bizzy DriveThru, I chose the Take Out Window, very nice, helpful Staff! A good selection of Burgers etc! Fabulous Selection of Shakes! Their Huge Burger with Bacon & Fixings is very good, small side of Chilli was nice & their Banna Shake was Fantastic, with Real Banna's!😉 I'll be back!

Quick stop. Got food fast, the order was correct /made nicely and the people at the window were very polite and spoke kindly. 10 stars for a great experience.

Great food at great prices. Get the tray. I'm old enough to remember when the tray was $5 even, but I guess inflation comes for us all.

Always love cookout. They may be busy most of the time..but I'm always happy with my food!

Best Milk shakes around, although sometimes the food (especially the fries or chicken. Tenders) seem to taste like the grease hasnt been changed in days and as if everything they cook is used in same grease

We ate here twice in a week while in North Carolina. They were so busy both times but were so very courteous and super fast!! My husband and I were impressed with the speed, quality, and freshness of our food. Wish we had a cook out here in North Mississippi. Cheese fries are the best!! And don't forget the blueberry cheesecake shake!!! 😋

Open all the way until 3:00am. The only place to get food reliably this late! Delicious food, too! Try the burger "cookout style," you'll be glad you did.

Have come to this Cookout often over the last few years. They are pretty consistent and good. Today was a great experience. The food was fresh, hot and tasty. The service was fast and friendly.
The one downside was that they were so busy that they couldn't get free to replace supplies in the restroom.

The food service is super great! Good is always hot when you receive it and not warm like some fast food restaurants. The employees are always super nice as well and very courteous! Highly recommend!

Always amazing. Worked here when I was a teen and so did my sister and her husband. Loved the people and will vouch for quality food and cleanliness. Years ago at least! Has been awhile, but went lastnight and it was as good as ever! My 3 year old said her cheeseburger was better than McDonald's. And that's saying something for her!!

The waiting in line is terrible. I know the pandemic has cause a lot of issues, but I think the training is one of the problems. The food is still very good. If you love thick shakes or corndogs please stop in you will not be disappointed. Love the fact they have specials. I will give them thumbs up on their food, but you need to work on improving waiting in line time.

The food here is always good. The frash banana milk shake are the best but last night the guy that was taking the orders was over worked I had to wait a extra ten minutes to get my shakes he forgot

I usually do drive thru. Efficent staff. Great food for the price. Atmosphere is outside if eating there.

Why 5 stars? The prices are so reasonable, the burgers are outstanding (get it out west style), milkshakes are big with so many flavors to choose from, and quick service! Great place for a quick bite or milkshake on a hot day. I wish we had these in the Midwest!

How can you possibly go wrong by choosing Cook Out to eat at ? Their barbecue sandwiches, hands down are better than the hut ( I'll let y'all figure out who I'm talking about .) They also have good sweet tea

Great customer service good food

The staff were friendly and the drinks are good. Especially the sweet tea. Not to busy and they are hiring like everywhere else. Manager told me they are starting out T 14 or 15 dollars an hour.

New cashier with a great attitude. Food was great too.

Very good, nice place to eat at night.
