Great shop to get into the hobby. The manager Matt greeted me and immediately answered every question I had on my first time in the shop and made sure I was on the right path for getting the best sets I thought were cool. The other employee Des (dez?) has helped me multiple times with getting a ton of paint and giving me recommendations for mixing when one isn't in stock, and we've both crawled around on the floor finding the best paints from the bottom rack. I am very fortunate to have a full on Warhammer location to go to nearby!

Fantastic customer service every time I go there! The employees are incredibly knowledgeable in every facet of the hobby from painting techniques and suggestions, to rules updates and how to play, and how best to start for any newcomers. They have a table with fully painted models for people to try out the game, as well as a few additional tables with terrain to play games with. If you are considering getting into Warhammer at all, trust me, start here.

The store manager Matt is very knowledgeable and friendly, but my favorite part of the visit was how welcoming of an environment he created for newbies (especially for women), such as myself. I got a couple funny looks when I first walked in, and one guy even approached me to ask if I was lost (thankfully, he's not a regular in the local community). However, Matt simply asked if there was anything I was looking for that he could help me find. He was very patient and his enthusiasm for 40K is contagious. I saw him go out of his way not only for me, but for many other customers there as well. I'm looking forward to finishing up my army and joining in on the games there. If the rest of the community is as respectful and friendly as him, I'm sure I'll be in good hands :)

Was surprised by how friendly and welcoming everyone inside the store were. We walked in with four kids and didn’t get any judgmental looks. We were asked more than once if we needed help, and other customers stopped to smile and wave. The selection was great, and the presentation for scenery and other items was really professional and impressive. Highly recommend.

Came here to find some paints I was missing for a model sub. Gentleman helping gave me a few which were oddly named. Had my doubts, but they worked great! Would definitely recommend this store.

Matt was awesome; I’m a brand new player and he took me through the basics of painting and answered all of my cover/board questions that I had. If you’re looking for someone to help teach out the ropes Matt is the person!

Very nice and informative. I like doing research when I get into something. I've been interested in tabletop type RTS games and they had a LOT of Warhammer stuff. Even beginner sets and a good paint set. Gave me a little spacemarine I can practice on. Cool dudes

Extremely helpful staff who go out of their way to help beginners out and make them feel welcomed into the community. Both staff members I have met have given some of the best customer service I have ever received.

This review is for my experience with the store, not GW's products. The employee on duty was the manager. He was very helpful, and knowledgeable about the products he carries, as well as the background lore of the pieces as well. He obviously loves his hobby and wants to share it with others. He was happy to let me browse in peace, as well as willing to answer the questions I had.

Stoked at how much painting/sculpting materials there is. There's a great stock available of models and if they don't have what you need, quick shipping to the store is free. Owner is friendly and helpful and there are beautiful play tables if you want a match.

Game Workshop minis look better than ever. The staff is friendly and helpful answering all of my questions. And even confirmed that I can still use the Minis that I acquired in the 80s and 90s today as long as there were produced by Games Workshop. It's interesting to see that just about everything is made from plastic these days as opposed to Pewter or lead. I was really Blown Away by the quality of plastic minis today.

Popped in to grab some new paint colors during my lunch, but really wish I had time to browse! Theres tons of kits and sundry painting supplies, and I hear tell theres space for you to paint (def saw one dude, at least). Prices were about what you'd expect for a hobby store and the place seemed well organized. 👍
