Wyatt is the BEST! I came in expecting to spend so much more than I did. He saw I had received a new screen and repairs on my account and was eligible for screen protector replacement. It was quick and my phone is beautiful now. so Happy :) Read "Name of the Wind" and maybe some historical fiction.

Visit this location frequently because I’m hard on my phone and have to have the cover replaced every couple months. Each time they are great and everything goes smoothly. Their screen protectors are great as well, have never had damage while having one installed.

Went in for a screen protector on my new phone and they got me in and out within 15 minutes! Very impressive, considering that this was during the holidays. The service was great, they got me set up with exactly what I wanted and then some, bonus for getting my old man set up with a case on his phone for a good deal. Next time you’re in the market for phone accessories I would definitely recommend them!

Excellent quality job on my iPhone. They replaced the back screen. It looks brand new. My only complaint is that they need to fix the unawareness of their online appointments, and don’t expect the phone repair to be done before 3 hours.

Went in for to get a fresh battery and these guys did an amazing job. There were a few more things that came up during the install and they went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and satisfied. I’ll be back here for all my phone needs.

We went in to get a new screen protector, the guy and girl working were very pleasant and helpful and had us out of the by a he time we exchanged a pair of jeans . Good job guys . I’ll go back when I need something else

Mason was so great! He was very attentive and greeted every single person that walked in the store! It’s rare to see someone like that these days. It honestly made my night after sitting at Verizon for 3 hours earlier that day with some “not so helpful” or friendly workers. He was very polite & helpful and had my phone fixed & ready to go super fast. I’ll be coming back here :)

Phone case is quality and they offered a one year warranty. I've never even heard of that for a phone case and I love it. They guys were also super nice : )

Mason was terrific. He had some of the best customer service skills I’ve seen. He acknowledged me when I entered the store. He listened to my needs and gave me some good recommendations. He was helping some other people but let me know how long the delay would be. When I returned at the recommended time, he had my phone ready. I left the store feeling like all my needs were met and that my phone is completely protected. I will definitely recommend this store and Mason to anyone who needs protection for their phone.

Tricked Out is the only place that I go for My phones accessories, or questions I may have in general
about my phone. They're usually more informative than the store I bought my phone from. They never ask, but I always leave a gratuity, because they're always so helpful!

I love this shop in our local mall. They have always been fast and efficient. The quality of products are also awesome!! The customer service was first rate as well, very refreshing!!! Love my two new sparkly phone covers!!
