The UPS Store

Absolutely fantastic service here this morning at 8 am with Lisa. She helped me mail an important package quickly and very efficiently. She was super nice and friendly and after meeting such a great customer staff person, it improves your day by far. Wish everyone was as kind as Lisa was to me today. Lovely and clean store; no wait in lines. Ample parking and plenty of handicapped spots. I’m very happy that UPS is here in the neighborhood and I’ll be coming here quite often.

We use this store a lot, mostly for Amazon returns… staff have been good - we’ve been coming here for years.
They just moved to a new location next to Trader Joe’s. The store is really nicely updated. I do worry a little about parking now as it’s now located in a busy location.

I gave this rating because of Alonzo. I walked in and told him I had a lot of items to ship and he immediately asked me if I needed help bringing things in. I did! He was so kind and so very informative. Absolutely a pleasure and an asset to this ups store!

Not only do they know me by name when I walk in, All their workers are so friendly and efficient, and your in and out with your business.
They do everything with a smile on their face.

It's a quick drop off, as long as there isn't that one customer that holds up the entire line. Plenty of parking space too.

I'm not sure why this place has a decent amount of low reviews. I had one of the best experiences here. The staff is super friendly and as someone who knew little to nothing about shipping, they explained everything to me and realistically told me which carrier I would get more bang for my buck from. Some people were complaining that they got charged for tape and of course lol, if you don't bring your own tape, it's unfair to expect to just use theirs without getting charged. Literally every place does this and sometimes you might be lucky and they feel bad about charging you for tape, but then you're just taking advantage. Anyways, great time here and I will definitely be a frequent customer. Planning on opening a mailbox here soon too because my packages keep getting stolen :(

The staff and drivers were so friendly, it was nice to have a little laugh with them considering the pandemic. During the whole process the kind lady was clear about what charges were being added to the total and made the transaction smooth as possible. Hopefully my package will arrive to its destination as planned. I really appreciate their business.
