I was in the store about a week or so ago. I needed some help with my Watch screen protector and I can't tell you enough what a wonderful experience I had at the store because of the associate who works there. She was fabulous! She was very knowledgeable in accessories and put on my protector perfectly. She also even noticed my current phone protector and explained why a different one would protect my phone better, she obviously is good at sales too but she was totally right and was purely trying to protect my phone and my wallet which is must appreciated. She told me if I ever needed any help to come back in as she is there Mon through Fri and happy to help. I wouldn't go to another Verison store while she is working at this one! Thanks again for all your help girlie!!

The associate was wonderful! She took care of everything and walked me through the new phone setup. She made sure that everything was backed up and that I felt comfortable when I left. Store was clean and I was completely happy with my interactions there.

I have already forgot, horrible short term memory, what my sales consultants name was, however....wow, you talk about a great guy, helpful and wasn't even mad when I showed up after the store was closed. In my defense I was told the store closed at 7pm not 6pm, but none the less, he treated me like the store was not closed. My business will remain at the Duck Creek location from this day forward. Thank you so much for all the help, kindness, and even the up-sells that I didnt need.

Holly set me up with a Business account she literally dropped my bill by 200 dollars from my old provider. She is one of the most sincere Sales reps I've ever dealt with. She absolutely cares about her customers and goes above and beyond expectations. I wont shop anywhere else from now on. I highly recommend going to see her

Jeremy was extremely helpful with getting everything set up and transferred over from my other phone and let me know how long it was going to take to transfer. Jeremy was also patient with me as I was chasing down my son from one side of the location to the other side. Definitely glad I went to that location.

My phone broke when I dropped it on a Sunday and when I looked online Sunday night, most locations were out of stock. I called Verizon Monday morning and they said Russell Cellular might have one. Got there 15 minutes before closing time and 45 minutes later left with my new phone all set up! Brandon, the sales associate was friendly, helpful and did a great job of getting me all set up!

Amanda was friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and very helpful throughout. A real pleasure to deal with. The store was very busy, but she never seemed rushed or stressed, even though she was the only employee present.

I stopped in to get a new phone after being told it could be a 2 hour wait at another store. Brandon explained everything to me, it was fast and easy. Consider stopping here first, it was pretty painless.

One on One, personalized and timely customer service...the staff addressed plan changes, all the savings and any costs up-front. This was the best experience at a Verizon store I have had.

They worked very hard to get me going again after my I-Phone crashed. It took a while but they were very nice and patient and respectful. So glad I went there. I highly recommend them.

I needed help upgrading my iPhone. Branfo suggested a time later in the afternoon when he could devote the necessary time. I returned and he worked through a variety of obstacles unique to my business situation and we were successful. What a pro!
