The customer service is excellent! I was missing a part of my order due to the box being damaged in shipping, and they expedited the missing part right away! Always received a response from customer service and they were courteous and patient.

The website is very misleading. A couple issues I experienced:

1. I paid for extra express shipping because the website says "ARRIVES NO LATER THAN APRIL 7." Great, lets pay extra for that so I can have this for the long weekend. My final order confirmation email also says April 7. Then I get a note from the courier a day later, that delivery will be on April 12. What?

2. I ordered from a .ca website with prices listed in CDN dollars, so I assumed this was being shipped from Canada to Canada. There was NOTHING saying otherwise. However, a couple days after the order, I get a message saying there is $35 in customs, duties, and taxes owing, on top of what I already paid. There was no mention of this AT ALL on the website that this might happen.

No worries, lets contact customer service about these 2 issues. No big deal really in the big picture, I will live. I was basically just expecting an apology or perhaps a $10 refund of the extra shipping charges I paid for since the product wasn't going to come on the date promised. But no! Customer service doesn't care and said shipping is just an estimated date. Um, no it isn't, all your messaging says otherwise.

It's pretty clear they don't care, so I would never order here again.

Edit: the product came and is good quality for the price so I have increased to 3 stars. Good product but misleading website.

Garbage product, garbage customer service, garbage overall experience. My order totaled $1,129.96 and one of the products was a ball stop net and post system. Don't know the quality of this product... we never opened it. We readjusted our back yard before it arrived and I immediately initiated the return process when we received the product. I had to pay $193.48 to ship it back to them. On top of that, they charged me a 25% restocking fee "due to the price of the item". The product cost $319.99. Again, I never opened this product, and after paying for shipping and the 25% restocking fee, my net return will be about $47. Additionally... the $364 soccer rebounder we ordered is warped/bowed. Here's the copied and pasted response from the New World Sports rep... "The issue you have highlighted in the pictures would not affect the overall performance of the product and would not be deemed defective." It does affect overall performance. It affects the angle the ball is returned to the player. Here are the pictures of the defective rebounder. Buyer beware!

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. They gave me the wrong gauge batting cage (basically a cheaper version for backyard use) and the one I ordered and paid for was a higher grade for heavy duty hitting. They said I had to pay a shipping fee to send it back, then said they wouldn’t take it because there were holes in it. The product is trash-I can’t help it if it rips when a baseball barely touches it.

Horrible experience and product. I ordered a batting cage and they gave me one that was a completely different gauge than what I ordered. They said I had to pay for shipping to send it back. The cage is 2 weeks old and has 10 holes in it already. Complete trash.

Do not buy a batting cage from this company. I ordered a large batting cage $2,000!!! and 12 poles were missing from the boxes! I had the top all put together and realized I didn't have enough poles for the legs! I called to get them and they told me they would ship them from the UK and it would take 4-5 business days! It says they are in the U.S.--why are they shipping from the U.K.? All that money and missing poles! Unbelievable!

$1444 spent and they sent one pole for the golf netting we need - for 80 feet of net. One stinking pole. We paid extra for expedited shipping and it didn’t arrive on the promised date and we only received one pole with zero instructions (not that we could have anyway) - we need at least 8 poles. The reviews here are giving me knots in my stomach, this is an extraordinary amount of money and I’m nervous we’ve been totally screwed.

I rarely write reviews but I had to. Do not use this vendor. Customer service is the worst. I ordered a batting cage late March/Early April and didn't get it till late May; which I was fine with due to COVID. The rods broke with the first use and I have contacted customer service multiple times. They responded once requesting photos; which I supplied. Now...nothing. Extremely bad customer service for expensive product that could have technically been a risk to injuring someone. I have been patient and kind and they have been very unprofessional with lack of response. I was asked by many people in the area about the batting cage and I am not advising them to not use Net World Sports.

Edited 7/20/20: Customer Service finally got back to me and sent replacement rods.

Our experience has been awful. Ordered a batting cage in MARCH. Two out of three pieces arrived. In it now June 14th and we still don’t have the rest of the net. FedEx blames net world; net world blames fedex- and as a customer I still don’t have my money back or the net. Communication is horrid as you get an email response two weeks later and the phone number tells you to send an email. Will never buy from here again.

Pathetic customer service. I purchased nets worth over $800 and the green color was simply wrong and not what was depicted. When I contacted them about this they offered no solutions whatsoever. I inquired about dying them a different color and they had no information at all. Returns were not accepted. I would stay away from this company at all costs. Their customer service is simply disgusting and not consumer friendly at all. I will be looking elsewhere for sure. Read the negative reviews about this company it’s all true.

Very very bad customer service! Contacted them 4 times concerning a shortage in my order. They kept saying to me on the phone and online that a supervisor or someone in the sales dept will get back to you. It has been 4 weeks now. They have never have contacted me back. Had to go buy the missing parts elsewhere.
Looking to do a partial chargeback on my credit card. They have lost me as a customer!

Do not buy. They do not stand behind their product and their product does not perform as advertised.
Purchased a 10'x10' net for an archery back drop for a few hundred dollars. First arrow sailed high and went right through the net across the road and into the neigbors yard never to be found. I contacted customer service and they asked for photos of the next and arrows. They confirmed net was set up properly and it should be stopping the type of arrow used and the net was faulty due to a manufacturing error and they would send a new net. Next email I got was that it was out of warranty and they would not be sending a new net even though it was brand new out of the package and never used before.
Very disapointed and will try their competitors product next.

Very bad customer service. My order came damage (twice) and after many calls, emails, and chat it still has not been resolve. It has been 3 weeks, I would have expected better customer service and better quality control for the price!

0 stars. I ordered an item, which was a complete different size from what arrived. I contacted them with no answer. When I opened a Paypal dispute they said they would send me a new item upon proof of dispute closure. I closed the dispute and now they wont respond and I can't re-open the dispute through PP. Absolute crooks that need to be shut down.

Terrible customer service/experience. Ordered in-stock products for express shipping. Tried to call when it didn't arrive....call in numbers don't work. I find out without being notified that it's back ordered for 6 weeks. No fix or accommodation offered. Oh, and my credit card was already charged. Disappointed and frustrated...recommend going somewhere else.
