honestly, the best part of going into the store was Steve. He was so kind and so helpful, I highly recommend you ask for him specifically! You wont be disappointed.

I was having difficulty transferring files from my old phone to my new iphone that I had purchased at another location (the West Babylon store). I figured I'd give this store location a chance to help me.
I walked in and was immediately greeted by Nicole who helped me with the entire process. Just an excellent experience overall!

I had spent days talking to dozens of inept AT&T staff members. Each one more inept than the next. I had given up all hope but just happened to stop by the AT&T store in Melville and met Jessica within minutes she had my phone up and running straightened out all of my problems. So if you’re having a problem you want to go see Jessica she is both professional and actually knows what she is doing. As for management of AT&T you ought to take a good look at what’s going on in your company one hand doesn’t know what the other is doing. if not for Jessica you would’ve lost a 30 year customer. I hope you’re taking good care of her.

The young man that helped me did a great job very knowledgeable. Sorry I forgot his name but he did a great job and I will continue to stay with AT&T and I’m sure I will be back at that Store. Due to my forgetfulness and memory problems. I always forget something. Thank you guys

This is one of the corporate centers. I was assisted almost immediately upon walking in. The saleswoman was very helpful, never made me feel rushed. I purchased the a new phone and she transferred everything over from old to new phone. She explained the features while showing me how to do it myself. After my phone was set up, she even put in her phone # to call her should I have any questions.

We had been to 3 other AT&T stores with a flip phone Dilemma and were shut down at “flip phone”... It’s not the equipment though, it’s the service! Nico Guzman didn’t hesitate and gave us 110% of his best effort and attention. So refreshing not to be in yet another “land of no.” This store bucks the norm with employees who ask what can they do to help and then actually help!! We are so grateful!

Got me in and out in 10 minutes with 2 new work phones we needed in an emergency. Massapequa store sold out of phones. They called ahead for us. Mellville location had the phones un stock. Got there 20 minutes to close didnt make us feel bad for coming late and got us out in 10 minutes. Great service from both stores.

I went to the Melville NY store looking to replace one of my business phones. I left with a brand new phone and the agent ended up lowering my monthly plan while upgrading it to 5G. Glad my phone broke!
