Adolfo in the paint department is such a sweet and caring man. I had went to multiple places trying to find dark paint for a 6400sqft business and everyone was so rude to me, we went to Lowe’s and He was the sweetest guy and talked us through all the color options and finishes.

Would like to commend and thank Debbie in Home Decor for going above and beyond in assisting me in the Port Charlotte store today. Was having a hard time finding an item and instead of pointing and telling me where to go she walked me over right to what I needed. Thank you so much! You’re a great example of excellent customer service!

Recently ordered custom blinds for our home. Carla in home decoration was amazing to work with. She went out of her way to assist us. She far exceeded our expectations in every way. Employee of the month candidate!!!

Washer broke at 3:00pm Saturday had a brand new washer 11:00 am Sunday! I highly recommend seeing Gary in appliances… He knows his business! Delivery service men were excellent as well! Will go for all my appliance needs! Thank you!

My husband and I were in the store this evening. The website showed you had a certain amount of a product we were looking for in the lumber section. It was not in its proper location. I found Andrew and he assisted us. He looked all over until he found the correct product way up high, no where near the aisle or bin the app said it was located at and then Mike came over as well and assisted us load. We were able to get 30 packages of the shiplap bead board PVC packages we were in need of. Thank you Andrew!!

While visiting family in the area on January 19th, needed to pick up replacement screen for Windows. Received excellent customer service from Alysha! Very kind and helpful....give that girl a raise ! 😊

I'm 99 % successful in finding what I want. I have a Home Depot less than a mile away, and I won't go there anymore.

Great place and a nice veterans discount. Excellent selection of items as well as wonderful garden center. Now have Halloween and Christmas decorations out.

We were having trouble finding the replacement screen we needed, and then Alysha came to our rescue. She not only found the roll of screening we needed, but she also got us a 50 percent discount because the packaging was open! Give the girl a raise!

Laura at the front checkout was the most helpful I have ever come across in a Home Depot across the United States. Professional and enjoys what she does is all I can say. Even though I live further South, I will travel here over any location just because Laura is there!

Mike T in flooring provided me with excellent customer service as I searched for stick on carpet tiles. He was friendly, obviously happy to do his job and directly influenced my decision to make future purchased at Lowe's, rather than going to the other major home improvement store.

After having an extremely horrible experience at cape coral Lowes today. I visited the port Charlotte location for the things I needed. And. Michael was extremely helpful and he even went out of his way to help me plastic wrap the moldings I was purchasing. And then Lindsey was the cashier and she was also extremely helpful and very nice. Store was also very organized

Love this store. Very clean and organized. Employees are helpful and friendly. Prices are competitive with HD. They would match price with other big box stores. Best of all, unlike HD, they give 10% discount across the board to the VETERANS including sale merchandises. They even have a special Memorial Day display to honor all fallen heroes. How cool and thoughtful is that?
Would definitely shop here again.

Dawn in the paint department was excellent. She guided us to the correct paint and helped rescue it from the top shelf.

Have to grade on a curve compared to alternatives here which is mainly Home Depot which is horrible so around. At least Lowe's has friendly staff that aren't afraid to engage in conversation and try helping find something or ask about your project. Slightly better variety than Home Depot, prices are similar but they don't limit the military discount like Home Depot which tops out at $400 (not like they'll go broke at 10% considering the markup on their Chinese stock). Veteran parking is also a nice touch which doesn't help in Florida since everyone is a Veteran here but a great gesture. In reality if I'm buying Chinese I'm going to Walmart first for what I don't wanna wait to get online and Lowe's for what I can't get anywhere else😃

We ordered our new kitchen cabinets from Lowes Port Charlotte. What a refreshing experience! Ethan in the cabinet department was just great. He was so personable, knowledgeable, and helpful. We've ordered cabinets at other big box stores and it was a nightmare. Ethan made it so easy. Can't recommend him enough.
