We love this quality shop. The staff are very nice and helpful, and the post office in the back is very convenient.

A lovely store!! My husband's favorite Hallmark. I'd never been there and was totally impressed with the offerings, card selection and mostly by the wonderful people that work there. All were very helpful and friendly. Great selection of tchotkes too.

Great service, nice staff, and one of the only post offices open until 4:00 on Saturday in the Sunnyvale area. They also had 3 staff working whereas many USPS offices only have 1 or 2. There can be long lines, especially just before closing, but it moves reasonably quickly.

I come here a lot. My wife likes the cards and the different types of gifts they have. Class A establishment!!!! The best customer service....

Cute place to buy gifts. They have a great selection. There is a post office in the back of the store which is convenient. The women and men who work at the post office are always friendly and helpful. There is hardly ever a line. The staff that work at the store are also very friendly. This establishment has been here a long time in Sunnyvale. I remember going to it in the 80's and 90's when I was a child. I'm happy for them that they are still in business. I love that they have stickers there too.

Had a phenomenally good experience at this post office. The people are a rare combination of efficient and patient, and are genuinely interested in helping you.

I went to this post office on a Saturday the weekend before Xmas, 10 minutes before their 4pm closing time. There was a long line of late xmas-shippers like me, many with multiple packages. The post-office folks stayed open for an additional 45 minutes past closing time to make sure everyone's packages got shipped, and in each customer interaction I saw, they were very nice while still processing people quickly. They even suggested an alternate shipping option to several people to save them money, and did the extra paperwork to enable that despite how busy they were. Amazing.

I really enjoy going to the Hallmark store, they have a Post office inside.
Mr Bill is the most amazing, kind and so helpful in the post office, he always has a smile on his face.

After I post my letters or parcels , I look around the store , great cards and nice gifts.

This hallmark has been here since I was a small child. I used to go with my grandmother to get birthday cards and Christmas cards for friends and family. They always had cool stuff and a HUGE candy collection. Heaven for me no doubt haha. Nowadays, I come here to ship packages on a regular basis. Staff is always friendly and helpful. And I can't help but think about my childhood trips here with grandma 😊

Terrific service and no waiting line. I was out of there in 5mn.
I was shipping a number of packages to various locations, including international, and the clerk was extremely helpful and effective in assessing/confirming my online shipping labels.
He gave me some pointers with respect to the right package/shipping options, which I will likely follow at the next opportunity.

I have always received excellent customer service here. If they are out of an ornament, they will put you on a wait list and call when it comes in. That is true even during the busy Christmas season. They have a great selection of gift items and it is fun to browse there.

The store is full of fun Hallmark stuff as well as other fun and/or collectible items. I used to live in Sunnyvale but even though I live in San Jose now, I make a special trip to go there a few times a year. The complaints about customer service are probably exaggerated but the employees do seem to get frayed when it's busy. Go for the selection not customer service.

One stop: buy a card or gift, walk a few steps to Starbucks, write your message, address it, back to Hallmark's little post office to mail it. Done and done. Pleasant staff (the post office guy was a little surly but still helpful)

The ladies at the post office are a treat! They work to minimize your postage and have repacked things to save me money. Great service and friendly, too.

Open today until 3:00 pm plus there is a Post Office inside the store. #friendly staff!

Nice little Hallmark card store, everyone that works there are so friendly and helpful. They have an amazing selection of cards for every occasion and so much more to pick up for that special person, event or birthday.

I wanted get some small and inexpensive gifts and also wrap them quickly. The people at the store were pretty helpful and gave me number of options for wrapping.

Often busy the post office is speedy and pleasant to wait in as It's a Hallmark Shop too!
