Jay greeted us kindly at the door and assisted us in our journey back into the world of Verizon & Apple. Such a grand venture led us to our second man of the hour (...or day). Austin was immediately ready to swat away our transitional fears throughout this process. He was patient while we were hesitant for change. His knowledge comforted each uncertainty and he left no questions unanswered. Despite being inside of this Verizon store for several hours, it started to feel less like a store, but more like home. Austin’s personable interactions softened what can very much be a painful process. We gave this man a run for his money and he went above and beyond to ensure we walked out that door happy and confident. Switching from Total by Verizon ANDDDDD from Android to Verizon and an iPhone was a concoction only a Wizard could handle. After accomplishing such a mighty quest, we decided to challenge Austin with one more… the family. We questioned the financial obligation of adding four additional lines to our new plan and where that would put us per month. He wasted no time pursuing an in-depth analysis which would leave us at the best rates possible. This man (or Wizard) deserves a raise and/or a store to call his own. He’s going places, let him soar.

Stopped by to have someone help me with my new iPad. Van was outstanding in helping me open the iPad, load in the necessary information needed to use it and showed me how to navigate around with my new purchase. He was so thorough and pleasant to work with. I had purchased both a new iPhone & the iPad days before at the Verizon store in Roseville and no one showed me how to use the iPad. Thank God for this Verizon store and for the kindness of Van! I recommend this store 100%. Can NOT recommend going where I purchased my apple products. As Van pointed out: google the Verizon stores before decided on which one to use & look at how many stars they have. Edina rocks! Thanks!

Hailey was great at ending my phone service issues. I knew it was going to be a long haul with the situation of a phone number in limbo between two other services but we persevered and got me out of this. Another place gave me no assurance that I could keep the number I’ve had for millennia. I would tell other customers to pay attention to additional fees and bring in your own promo codes since this place doesn’t seem to have a line on any. Still happy as hell to have gotten resolution, thanks to Hailey.
