I had a wonderful experience with the Grande store today! I had a mix up with a couple of my paint colors and the paint availability to get it fixed was an issue but they went out of their way to make it right. With all the staffing and supply issues right now businesses seem to be letting customer service slip but this Sherwin Williams store is still providing excellent service. Thank you for taking care of your customers!

They have great paint and great sales. The employees at our neighborhood store are very helpful, knowledgeable and approachable. They smile and ask how they can help. It seems like in the past, I used to have to wait, but the past several times, there were enough employees and they were quick mixing the paint and ringing me up. And they are great in helping with paint and color decisions!

Best possible experience ever with these amazing guys, ran into a pinch and they were able to help me correct my mistake quickly. All the people in there are extremely kind and professional and would drive all the way out to this store to get supplies and paint because of it.

As a professional painter, I often need help on the the spot in quick order. I also often order paint in advance for quick pick up. The Duration line has great products. I use high grade Sherwin paint almost exclusively. The staff at the store on South Grand in Spokane is helpful and knowledgeable. They are able to trouble shoot tricky paint issues, and advise the appropriate products for any given job. They are friendly to boot. I have nothing but good things to say about this store!

Love the store and the staff. I am a franchise owner of one of the local College Pro Painters, and even after fifteen years experience painting I need to be kept up to speed with all of the new products coming out. Robert and his staff have always gone out of there way to make sure i get the best product at the best value for the job, and always help me get out of the door as soon as possible so I can get back to work.

Prompt service every time I order paint.
I made a poor judgement call on a product and they gave me a lot of help covering the cost. Everyone is courteous. Some of the newer help is still learning the ropes but that is to be expected and they are all friendly.
I am a small contractor new to Spokane this past year and will continue to give my business to Sherwin Williams. The products are always very good and this is from someone that used Pittsburgh Paint for years.

Have used this store for years. Easy access and plenty of parking. Knowledgeable/friendly staff. Good selection of accessories. Great pricing on their specials in the spring and fall.

I was using a BM paint and it was not going on smoothly. I was getting tons of air bubbles. The BM employees couldn’t help. I took my cabinet door into SW and they said it was the primer BM sold me. They custom mixed Emerald paint to match. I went from tears to smiles. Amazing product and amazing employees at the Spokane south Grand Store.

I needed paint samples. The man working was clear and helpful. He showed me which ones, and gave me a small deck of the most popular outdoor choices. And he was masked and appropriately socially distanced.

Always nice staff and great color matching. Can take some time, but staff communicates well.

Went out of their ways to help. Did not have enough of the Harmony paint I needed. Picked some up, fixed the paint and called me the next day. Still got the coupon. That would encourage me!
