Very kind and knowledgeable staff here. Whether it’s video games, Pokémon cards, toys, or whatever else you might be looking for, these guys know what they’re talking about. I’ve been going to different GameStop locations all over Albuquerque since I was a kid, and this one without a doubt has the nicest workers.

The experience I had there was great, the employee Forrest was very helpful and knowledgeable, he helped me pick the right equipment for me to enjoy my gaming session with my nephew. He is a very respectful person, I'm actually looking forward to going back to this store to make more purchases in the future, ALL the GameStop places need more people like him. Keep up the good work, it's people like you who make me want to come back, THANK YOU. I greatly appreciate it.

You know how everyone hates GameStop? Well they've never been to THIS GameStop. This GameStop is awesome. The guys who work here are super friendly, they always seem to have what I want in stock, and if they don't, they're more than happy to order it for me and call me up/email me when it arrives. Plus, while most locations have basically become glorified Funko Pop stores, this one has 90% of the store filled with games and accessories like controllers, headphones, and what not.

I love this particular Game stop because it's Friendly and extremely knowledgeable staff. Always very professional and helpful. The store is neat and organized and prices are great for gamers. And there is a beautiful woman that works here! Too bad I didn't get her name🤔

Awesome service and very helpful workers! I came here to trade in an Xbox one elite controller was given a great deal and got a good amount of money back for it. Plus a really quick transaction with the Xbox series x. Also I pre-ordered cyberpunk 2077 here I mean it sucks that it keeps getting delayed but hopefully it becomes a well polished game at launch.

Great service, employees were helpful and gave me cash for my trade in very quickly. Well stocked and organized, just would not recommend going late at night in this part of town.

love the personnel here, they are very attentive and care about their customer. not in the best part of town but def a great location with great staff.

What's a great place the staff actually very helpful even though it was about to close they did not rush us they stayed open until we were done with our purchase.

Came in about less than an hour before closing, the two guys there where totally cool and we BS'd about a bunch of games and got some good recommendations.
