I love the staff here and they always take very good care of me. I can ask simple basic newbie fashion advice and the staff is always willing to help and treats me like family when I go in. It's a very positive experience and I don't have any issues. I love the clothes too!

This store has been consistent since it opened and I appreciate that. It's nice walking into a store and knowing where to find things and what to expect. Store was orderly but I was not greeted during my visit.

Banana Republic factory store offers Banana Republic clothes at discounted prices. Note these are not irregular items or seconds, but seemingly a different line of clothes than the Banana Republic catalog. I have always liked the quality, and when purchasing classic styles I find they last long and don't go out of style.
