Recently visited the Verizon Store to consider changing mobile phone service. Met Will Dudko who helped us out. He spent hours with us attempting to switch our account. He was exceptionally patient and polite throughout the whole ordeal. He never tried to sell and only helped. If you’re looking to use Verizon, Will is definitely your go to guy.

Stopped in after my phone was lost or stolen. And I had the pleasure of working with Jeff. He was a life saver and helped me to get a new phone with the best possible options. He was super professional and overall a wonderful employee. Thank you Jeff!

Strapped with cash from my Intellivision Amico lawsuits I needed a new phone. Martin saved the day and got me a new iPhone with a credit for my old one. You can’t play the Amico games on it you need the controller. Apple, have your people reach out to my people.

Jared and especially Martin were extremely helpful! Even tho I need to get a new phone they spent alot of time assisting me and trying to trouble shoot for over 2 days. And not to mention probably 30 plus calls back and forth in-between. Very thankful for all that they did, as well as speeding up the process to get customer service and the warrantee company's on the phone.

Great service and friendly guys. We updated our phones with William and he was really helpful and patient as I had lots of questions. I forgot to ask him to sync my watch to my new phone and I had trouble doing. I went back the next day and Jared was really helpful with syncing it to my phone. I would highly recommend the Oxford location. They truly are a customer friendly place.

Today, 3 family members picked up new phones. Jeff Garuti assisted us in updating new phones, transferring data etc. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and patient. We couldn’t have done it without his help! I admire his ability to answer questions from 3 of us at the same time, while transferring data on 3 phones…EFFICIENT and AMAZING! He offered incredible support… the transaction was totally seamless!

Big thank you to Jeff for helping my family get all set up today! He was very patient and explained quite a bit to us as we kept asking different questions. We felt very comfortable with our new devices and plan.

Unbelievable service! Got an awesome deal on a phone and all I can say is positive things about this location! Jeff did a wonderful job explaining and and making me feel Comfortable using a new phone.. If there was 10 stars I would give it to Jeff! He did a next on job! Can't say enough! Can't say enough!

Martin was awesome! He helped when others couldn't. Our new phones are working better than expected. Everyone in the shop was so helpful and nice!! My husband calls Martin his new friend. Highly recommend this store for all your phone needs!

Jarred was unbelievable. One of the best retail experiences I have ever had. He was friendly, very knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. He went the extra mile to make sure he took care of all my needs. I will definitely be back because of him.

I went in the store last week for a cord and Parker was very helpful , friendly and knowledgeable. I felt so good doing business that my husband and I returned the next week and had Ryan wait on us. We were purchasing another phone for our plan. Ryan was friendly and helpful, very knowledgeable . The experience was pleasurable . I highly recommend the Oxford store. Feels like old fashioned customer service. 😎

Jarred and Ryan were most pleasant to work with as I had multiple pieces to my sale and a long process to get my son's phone up and running. They were patient and took the time to help me and help other customers with grace even when there was a wait. I found them both to be professional and knowledgeable- I will be using this store as my home base for my family in the future. Thanks for all your help!

Kelly and Jared were pleasant and very knowledgeable. They were able to answer all of our questions. We went back today to learn more about the phone and Kelly was exceptional in explaining different functions. We have made an appointment with her for Monday to learn even more. Great experience.

Having seen Anthony's knowledge and patience first hand I was happy when he offered to help me with getting my new phone set up.

My phone crashed and I ordered a new phone on Amazon.

Anthony spent at least an hour helping me and answering questions to those that entered while we worked on my phone.

I truley appreciate his professionalism and knowledge.

Honestly, the previous customer service rep I had worked with several times, Parker, was so great I was concerned I would get the same level support again.

I am very satisfied to say Anthony's made my experience just as pleasurable.

I started off at a different Verizon store but I kept having problems with them and they clearly did not want to help, so I decided to try this store because of the reviews.. and the person working was amazing. I didn’t catch his name, but he communicated with us very clearly, explained everything, and solved our issues. Left the store very happy, if I could give more than 5 stars I would

My phone was stolen then found 2 days later. Jeff helped me set up a temp phone initially. Jared helped my unsuspend my phone when it was found. Both Jeff and Jarid were wonderful. They were both very professional and courteous. Kudos to both of them.

Jarred was amazing! My husband and I got new phones and spent 2 hours on chat line with no success. Jarred had both phones up and running in 5 minutes flat! Extremely helpful and pleasant and very knowledgeable ... We will be back 😁

Had a great experience all around. Went in after a phone call with a polite gentleman about the Series 6 Apple watch. He confirmed stock and all info I needed.

The sales agent I was put with was not pushy at all and breezed through adding my new watch and trading in the old. He found a few issues with my business account from a previous setup and put a plan in place to resolve them.

All around a great team I wish I knew names off the top of my head to give direct credit.

Ryan was especially helpful on understanding my needs and wants. He took the time to go over my options on rate plans and he qualified me for a discount through my employer, which was awesome. I will highly recommend this Verizon store and its employees.

Wanted to pass along some exceptional service I received from Jared at the Oxford location. I had a cracked screen and had the insurance Asurion come to fix the phone. They ended up breaking the phone's trying to fix it. By the way their customer service is horrible.
Jared restored everything they said I would not get back with his expertise. I have dealt with Jared before and not only is he professional his attitude and demeanor are outstanding. He makes you feel good walking into the store. Employees that have that aura are hard to find.
