Very Knowledgeable staff, takes their time out to help customers with any questions or concerns with their products. They back their products as well. And if there is an issue with an item they will kindly replace it with another. There's no refunds tho which shouldn't be an issue if they are willing to replace it with the same item you just purchased! The girls working there the morning shift and night shift are very sweet, kind, helpful in so many ways. This is my go-to smoke shop!

Super helpful and friendly employees. Lots of nice glass pieces and smoking accessories. They stay open later than anyone else in Naugatuck which is very convenient. My new go-to for all things smoke related.

My 1st time here, the young man behind the counter was awesome, as I was no help remembering an item, I knew the bag was pink and watermelon flavor, unfortunately due to lack of my memory he could find what I was describing, no fault of his he recommended something he thought I'd like and he was right love the flavor ! Thank for taking time to deal with this old gal !
