Great locally owned business. The people are all helpful and friendly. You feel like they want to be there.

I have shopped at Ace Hardware for over 50 years, they do a good job running the business, I always find what I need, the employees at Ace do a really excellent job of taking care of their customers, these people know what they're customers want for a good shopping experience, and will go that extra step for you.

Immediately when I walked in, I was greeted by a team member willing to help. I said no initially, but after failing to find what I need I went to look for someone to assist me. A man named Hank came up and was incredibly helpful. I described what I needed and he was more than happy to lead me straight to it. Incredible store with a fantastic staff, 5 stars isn’t enough!

They have a great selection of products at a great price. They are very knowledgeable, and though they didn't have the specific item I was looking for, I will check here first.

Very organized and clean. Employees were all polite and helpful.

Quick trip for the adapters I needed to hook a sink faucet up to a wort cooler to cool down the beer we are making!

I bought some Cabot stain from ACE in Norman and strained my fence and it was nice very nice and thought I'd buy some more for my new back fence and we'll that's when the disaster started, it was the exact same stain but a different color right our of the can, I was so mad, but I talked to Hank who runs the Ace and told him what had happened and he took care of it, sure there was some questions and I expected that but he refunded my complete purchase, now that's not replacement of my fence because now I have a color that I don't like on my new fence, BUT HE DID WHAT HE COULD TO HELP AND IN MY EYES THAT IS A STORE THAT TRULY CARES ABOUT THE CUSTOMER, I WILL CONTINUE TO BE A CUSTOMER HERE AT ACE AND WILL ENCOURAGE EVERYONE I NO TO SHOP THERE, THANKS HANG FOR BEING A GREAT PERSON AND TAKING THE TIME TO UNDERSTAND HOW I FELT AND HANDLEDING THE SITUATION PROFESSIONALLY, 5 STARS

Great service here. There website said they had a product in store. Drove across town, they were out. But the service was so good I just ordered the item for pick up next week. They also have a low price on Spiz fertilizer.

The number of random items I’ve needed to complete a job that they have had is crazy. I should have to drive to a speciality store to get some of the things but they have amazingly had them and known where they were. Good staff.

Everytime I have needed something and do not feel like driving across town to a Big Box Store, I stop in Ace of Norman. It is conveniently located near my house, the prices are great and the staff is super friendly and helpful. They are my first stop for things I need to make minor repairs around the house!

Parking was up front. We were not greeted when we came in nor asked by any employee if we needed any help. Had to track down an employee who was very dismissive. Not out right rude of voice but close. And the body language said I don't have time for you and your questions. Left without making a purchase. Went to Lowe's and Home Depot where the staff seem to care and are friendly.

Great staff when I went, there were these two young men named Gage Brown and Ian Froberg that were absolute gentlemen. I felt like I was apart of the ACE family. I do have slight beef with the store it self because I was not hired, but that behind us I just had a jolly good time indeed!
Recommend this ACE and make sure to ask for Ian and gage for help!

This is my go to for metric nuts/bolts. They also have the best selection of plumbing fittings and their prices, unless you are a contractor, beat Locke Plumbing an incredible amount. The counter lady was so helpful.

For a store this size it has a lot packed into it. I have made several "Oh I need that to be able to finish my project" trips and they have been able to help me each time. They have helpful and friendly people working here too. If you're in the area stop by.

When I came into the store, a young lady greeted me and offered to help. When I told her the items I wanted, she walked me to each spot so I could choose what I needed. At one point, she even helped me make a choice that saved me some money. She was very friendly and knowledgeable about their products.

I enjoy going to Ace Hardware located at 1209 Alameda St. My husband always goes after what we need but I ALWAYS go after a certain new tool for my toolbox. They have all kinds of new things that I always have to have. They have seeds for the garden, they have so much of goodies that other stores do not carry. I enjoy shopping at Ace Hardware quite often!!

I've been to this location probably over a hundred times time during my house remodel. Although pricing on some items may be slightly higher than your big box stores, the staff are always extremely friendly and helpful. It's also really easy to get in and out quickly so you can get back to work on the project at hand. Not to mention that they are a lot closer than having to drive 15-20min across town just to pick up 1-2 small items. The only negative about this place is that I can't take them with me on my move to Yukon.

Since this store is across town from me I normally go to the big box stores. Today I needed a couple of unusual washers for my shower. Went to the big box store and could get no service. I went to this ACE and was met at the door by a very friendly gentleman. I explained my problem he took me back to where the faucet washers were and proceeded to find the correct ones. He had to disassemble the piece to fit the correct washer. He spent near 30 minutes for 3 dollars worth of sale. This is customer service and from now on it is my first place to go even if it is across town. A big two thumbs up!
