I took my friend in yesterday to find a walker for herself. Christine immediately came over and asked how she could help. She gave us prices on everything that we looked at and she decided to show us one that was recently put together and my friend loved it. We also got some accessories. I have to give Christine kudos because there was also a gentleman there also looking for a walker and she had to try to explain the insurance part. She was so polite where as I was ready to tell him to leave. Doctors give scripts and don't explain the process including co pays. So happy we went here first before other places.

When I went through my Sleep Study I was automatically given the name of a large company in town. I knew about A & R and had to jump through some hoops to get the referral to them and so glad I did. I feel cared for, they always have what I need — take time to educate me when I’ve asked and never a long wait. Stopping by is a part of my monthly routine - and it always feels great to support a local business.

We have had wonderful service by kind and helpful people at A&R for well over 2 years since my husband was put on oxygen. When his home concentrator stopped working there was a technician with a replacement here right away. Every one of the people on the phones and those who deliver his oxygen tanks have been professional. They are extremely busy but that’s not kept them from having a smile and asking if there’s anything else the can do for us.
It’s too bad that there are some people who were dissatisfied and posted a review. Makes me sorry that it’s taken me this long to post a good one.

I had to go into A&R A few Saturdays ago to get new hose etc for my compressor. A girl named Pauline M waited on me. She was so pleasant and kind. Great personality. She helped me understand how to change out the nose part with great patience.

Whoever hired Pauline Martinez at your Lomas location certainly made a good decision. Apparently, she has the natural ability to be helpful, cheerful, knowledgeable and very kind. I had no clues about the item I was sent to purchase but she knew the answers to all the questions I wasn't prepared to ask! I left a very happy customer. Thank you. --Denis Norlander

The hospital insisted my dad take a walker on discharge. We told them no and that we already had one. They said his insurance paid for it so we need to take it. Forward 1 month, we get a call from A&R telling us we owe $75. I tell them no, we are not paying this and we will bring it back. I work full time and also care for my dad. I forgot about this for a couple months until I get another call from them. I take it in with tags still on and they refuse to take it. They say he is in collections now and has to pay. What a scam! I'm not sure how many people they are doing this to but they will not get a dime from my dad. They should bill the hospital. I will donate this walker to someone in need and will never deal with these crooks again!

Well when things are made right I will address that as well! Thank you for being so responsive and making this right. I appreciate that! Maybe some education to your front staff can prevent this in the future. Thank you again for addressing my concerns so quickly and making it right! I will give you all another shot!

I had a great experience here. So easy! Spoke with Maria and she was very friendly and helpful, then the gentleman behind the counter was even more friendly.

These folks are incredibly competent, customer service orientes, and most importantly, understand the responsibility we all share to care for our patients. Katia helped me with a rather unusual request to assist me in supporting the medical needs of a patient I have arriving from Overseas. Throughout the process she was helpful, effecient, and acted like it was a geniuine pleasure to assist me, even though my request took a lot of time from her busy day, and that of her manager. Whatever y'all are paying Katia, it's not half enough, she's a star. Thank you all so much for your support and help to keep my people healthy & I look forward to working with you again in the future!

Came here to rent a wheelchair for a family vacation. Staff are extremely helpful and also bilingual. Highly recommend!!

Cristina went above and beyond to help us get our prescription through to get my sister her much needed medical equipment! We were so stressed and she helped us feel at ease and helped us get what we needed. Very grateful for her!

I have used A & R Medical for most of my elderly father’s medical supply needs. We purchased his scooter, ramps and other equipment from them. I went in today to order a replacement scooter seat & basket from them. While there, Marlene assisted me in ordering those items for him. She called the manufacturer to ensure they were available while I waited. She then subsequently showed me a bed rail and transfer bar as well as a transfer bar with a swivel tray to assist him in and out of his recliner. Marlene was indispensable. She even assisted me with carrying out the products that didn’t require ordering. I highly recommend this local business!

My wife needed a knee brace for exercising. We drove from Socorro to A&R despite the ratings here, and we're really glad we did! Before she had picked out her brace, we'd been helped by three different folks and directed to exactly what we needed. She was able to try on all the different braces and decide which suited her best. We will definitely return if we ever need any other such equipment. Well done, A&R!

A&R medical supply company gave me great customer service yesterday when i was there looking for a wheelchair. The gentle man who helped me put the wheelchair in my small car showing me how it does fit in there. I thought i.was going to have to have it delivered. Thank you so much. I will be back.

We were greeted by Marlene. My son and I were looking for a lifting chair for my husband who had been injured in a fall. She was most helpful demonstrating the chair we were interested in. She was not pushy and showed concerns for my husband’s needs. We bought the chair then and there, brought it home and my husband was most pleased. Thank you so much, Marlene for your professionalism, concerns, and advice and help. You have a fine employee in Marlene.

We were in town for an emergency for our dog. She was having problems with the elevation so we had taken her to an ER Vet. They recommended she stay on oxygen until we got down to lower altitude. So out we went looking for an oxygen tank. We called and spoke with Geneva who was so kind and understanding. She told us exactly what we needed and had it in stock. When we arrived, Geneva showed my husband how to properly use the tank and how to store and handle it. She was awesome! We don't live in the area, but if we did, we would go back here.

I have bought my oxygen tanks and various other medical items through A&R medical for 20+ years. Their store is well stocked and their sales people are very helpful. Customer care is quick and efficient. This is a nice company to deal with.

Great customer service. This company is very busy but yet find the time to help each and every one of their customers. Each and every rep go the extra mile and Susana the Manager for CSR's is very helpful. I highly recommend to everyone. Another good thing is if they are not in network with your insurance they are willing to offer a proper discount to get the equipment needed.
