Went into the store today to upgrade my old iPhone — Wayne K. made it a super easy & smooth process and even gave me some helpful tips on things like battery management etc. that I would’ve had no idea about otherwise. Saved me some money too. Genuinely a nice guy, thanks Wayne !

Wow! It was time for an upgrade, so we went to this Delran location because I had heard all good things, previously. Well, thank you, Wayne Keehner! You are phenomenal at what you do! You took such good care of us and made what could have been a stressful morning, quite tolerable. You are kind, professional, and efficient! I can't imagine ever going anywhere else! We appreciate you!

Great experience!!! Wayne is fantastic at what he does and was very helpful throughout the entire process. Breaking your phone as badly as I did is never fun but going to the Verizon store to get a new one was actually a very enjoyable experience! The store has great supply as well, and hours and parking are accessible. I highly recommend and will choose this Verizon store in the future.

I recently upgraded a phone and opened a new line at Verizon in Delran. Wayne was really informative and helped me get the best deal for my family. He took his time to walk me through everything!

This was the best experience with a phone company I had ever had. Wayne, the store manager was incredible. Even with unforeseen circumstances, he still managed to get me in and was able to help me open a new plan with Verizon. He made sure I was taken care of and got me everything that I specifically needed. If you go to this Verizon, definitely ask for Wayne. His hospitality and knowledge about services was spectacular. He went above and beyond! I hope all verizon stores has a person like Wayne at their store!

Wayne, the store manager was so helpful and really turned my day around. I came in stressed about a broken phone right before an upcoming trip and he laid out my options very clearly and helped me make a smart decision. Had a fantastic experience in Verizon in Delran. Tyrone was excellent. He made the whole experience very easy.

Store manager, Wayne Keehner helped me when the Moorestown nj store sent me out of the store telling me i could easily set up my phone myself. After I left I had my old phone and new phone both had no service so I was left with no usable phone. I stopped at Delran store and Wayne called tech and helped me. He was wonderful. He took his time and fixed a problem that was not even his to fix.

Shout out to Wayne, he was absolutely amazing, he helped find deals I didn't see online to upgrade my busted phone at a very reasonable deal, I highly recommend this location, they truly are looking out for their customers and care about your needs!

We upgraded our Verizon Wireless cell phones yesterday and Wayne was so great and patient in helping us through the upgrade process. It took some time migrating everything over but he was very thorough, detailed and again, patient. We appreciate the help and needless to say we had a great experience. This store is the one you would want to visit for your Verizon Wireless needs. Wayne and the others were all so friendly and welcoming. Thank you and great job!

Wayne was very helpful and conveniently had my new 14 Pro way sooner than I expected. Overall very satisfied with my experience getting my new phone. Also my case and charger were other purchases made that same day, which I’m also very satisfied with.

Came in closer to closing time because I needed a new phone badly, and Wayne was super helpful throughout the whole process. He made sure that everything was synced up properly and that I could access all my apps/photos/contacts when I made the switch from the iPhone 8 to 13. Trying to sync up my watch took longer than both of us expected, but he was happy to wait and make sure that I would not have a problem when I went home. I appreciate all of Wayne's help, especially on a Friday night!

I had a very pleasant visit to the Delran Verizon store with Wayne. All the employees in that store were nice and knowledgeable. Wayne went above and beyond to assist with trading in my Samsung watch for an Apple Watch. I had trouble finding a number off of the Samsung device but Wayne figured it out and I was able to trade the watch. After purchasing the Apple Watch, He set up the watch to pair with my phone and even walked me to the door when we were finished. It was my first time in the store. I needed my info switched over from my old phone to a new one. I was helped by Brandy. She was extremely helpful and kind. Wayne, the manager, came in and explained to me so many of the quality features of my new phone.

I live in Philly but found it to be well worth it to drive the 20 minutes to Delran to get help from Wayne. He is the BEST. Super happy with my new phone and the accessories he hooked me up with.
