Great service by the girl working the last Sunday of May. She was very helpful and straight to the point. I picked up a couple of games that day, Sonic Frontiers and Res Evil 8. Both good quality and very fun physical copies to own.

Had no problems returning a video after I found my missing one at home. The rules were made clear about the return being possible because the limited amount of time that had passed. The mgr was helpdul to the young woman he was training.

Awesome place my brother is the manger and hes great. Very knowledgable about any game you're interested in.

Very polite staff. Always know my name most of the time and help me with any issues I may have, if any.

I had some great service there. There was an English fellow behind the counter that seems to know what he was talking about and was able to answer all my questions and offered up some information I didn't even know I was curious about. They also had a huge selection of memorabilia, I was surprised by the amount of stuff so well organised in a space that size.

The staff is very polite, they were also very helpful in getting me the games I was looking for and had a nice selection of figures and toys as well. Definitely love all the stuff they sell there and I can't wait to visit again. Five stars all the way.

Came two times in one week to get both of my son's new controllers. You didnt have wireless but we got wired ones the guy behind the register helped us both times he was great. Only thing id do differently is make sure when you sell Vbucks vs the green game cards that you explain the process. It took me forever to load the vbucks to my kiddos game!!

Very clean store. Clerk was friendly and helpful. Young kid with dark curly hair wearing D&D shirt. Give him a raise.

The gentleman there had a clean and beautiful store. He didn't make fun of the fact I was still using a Wii system. I bought almost all the games he has left. He was kind and showed me where things were and didn't just point. He also didn't pressure me for the membership, which I will take advantage of when I buy a new system. Which I will from this store.

Took care of my collectible preorder very well. They weren't sent any to their location in time, so store leader grabbed some from Minnetonka's to help me out.

Very impressed overall. Hope future preorders go so well.

Very nice assistant manager, it's too bad that they are getting so stringent on gift cards because of the bad people who use them wrong

I went there to get a few games for our PS4. The gentleman that was working there with a beard was super friendly and we had an awesome conversation about games.

The employees are always awesome and fun to talk to. Plus they'll usually talk you out of trading a game for five bucks when you can sell it elsewhere for way more.

Good selection of stuff. Staff is very friendly and willing to help find items for you. Seems to be run good. Willing to place orders for you.

They have all kinds of things there. They have games, consoles, controllers, gift cards and all other cool stuff. Like PS4, Xbox 1s/360s, Nintendo Switch, GameCube. I go there all the time Because I think it's the best place for a game stop

I totally loved the place! It has all the games that i enjoy and has games for xbox, ps4, nintendo, and everything else! And i like how they even sell collectibles and merchendise of fandoms that i enjoy! Such as rick and morty, five night's at freddy's, and more! (My inner geek is showing lol )

I had gotten a headset and controller from them and traded my older controllers to them thinking that I did not need them to connect my new controller to my PlayStation 4 I need it one of my old ones back so that I can connect it to my PS4 and connect my new one to my PS4 because I can't connect my new controller to my PlayStation if anyone knows how to connect it any new controller without the old ones tell me please
