Caribou Coffee

Ordering ahead is more efficient, I had my drink all full to the top, line took some time, drive thru was a little bit too slow, but my order was correct.

I had gotten an email for a free drink for my birthday and it was good for a week (unlike another coffee shop that gave me one but only for the day and I couldn't get there then) so stopped in today and got a yummy dark chocolate mocha. The staff there is always friendly and kind.

Prices on coffee keep going up. If I pay $7 for a larger I expect the cup to be FULL....not 2/3 full.

UPDATE. I was contacted by the management and received a very satisfactory resolution to my situation. Well done TEAM!

The only negative I have is that most of the deals can only be obtained through the app and not through my perks reward card. I don't have a compatible phone.

Very attentive and helpful to me in a wheelchair. The drink and breakfast biscuit was wonderful. They even helped me with the door when I was ready to leave.

Caribou is my go to coffee shop and I love their breakfast sandwiches.

This review has long been overdue. To start off, I love this location for its convenience to home and I have been coming here for a few years now. The staff has changed a bit over the years but they are always great. The atmosphere is always welcoming and every time I go, it is never full to capacity, it is just perfect. This means that my wait time to order is never annoyingly long. The selection on the menu is just enough to satisfy my morning cravings. It is also nice to help support a Minnesota company. Overall, please keep up the great work Caribou staff!!!

they've stepped up their game and this is a fantastic establishment. staff is helpful and turn around time is quick considering how short most restaurants are since the pandemic.

Out of all the Caribou Coffee reviews I've done, this is my local jewel store. I've got a coffee addiction and I come here almost every day. I have a Caribou closer to my house that I actually drive past to get to this spot because that one is so bad and this one is so good. The order is always spot on, it's done exactly right every time and they are always nice people to talk to.

I used to work at the Caribou Coffee in the MSP airport, so I know how to make a drink, but now being a customer, and one that spends WAY too much money on Caribou Coffee, I expect something for the price and I get it here. I expect consistency. I want what I want, I want it to taste the same and I want to order something and be able to drive away without having to second guess if they did it right. This is why I drive past another Caribou to come to this spot.

Even through several staff changes (I've been coming to this spot for over 6 years now) they never let me down. I don't know if it's the owner, manager or what, but someone that is high up at this location has trained their staff very well and has kept the service at a high level.

To any present and past employees of this Caribou Coffee location, you are wonderful people. To anyone looking for a new coffee spot, you can trust this location to be a good one. If you were to make this spot the text book on Caribou Coffee franchise locations, you would have made a great choice.

Clean inside and out, they keep up with the store, improving it as needed, fantastic staff, well calibrated machines and nice easy to get to spot.

Pro tip: If you come and it's busy, you want to go up the last lane of parking before the lot ends for the line and not through the parking lot road, just an FYI as a local.

Quick service, friendly staff. Overall great place! Of course there are off days, in which the most common issue is that going through the drive thru they hand you a drink spilling down the side without attempting to wipe it off. Other than that, the small drive thru gets backed up very quickly, which is something that space doesn't allow for changes in this regards.

It can’t go wrong with this coffee of the north. Nostalgic!

Standard issue Caribou. Warm, clean space, good peeps, great coffee. Minnesota-based chain. I'm also pleased that they have Diet Coke available, (not all of them do) so you can meet here with friends who don't do coffee.

I have not been inside lately so I was surprised to see they are closing at 6pm. Note to self. I had a nitro mocha and it was yummy. Pleasant staff too!

I come here often. The coffee is always perfect and the servers are always so friendly and wonderful. Love the trivia questions and the question and comment board. Keep up the great job!!
