O'Reilly Auto Parts

Started coming here after AutoZone gave me the wrong parts twice an have had nice interactions with the great staff. They always are helpful. Thru also carry some better parts for my model car

I needed a hose for my '89 Bronco. All other places said it would have to be ordered for next day arrival. Called O'Reilly's in Mt Orab and they got it delivered same day I called and needed. Thanks O'Reilly's for helping me out and getting the hose I needed so quickly! Y'all Rock!!! 😎

Very friendly staff they did not have what I needed on the shelf so they recommended the right size batter cable I needed to make my own

Wonderfully helpful. There was a major power outage in the area and they were running on just a small back up generator. They listened to what I needed, found most look of it. Then the employee asked the manager and he helped find the rest. Good people. Thorough. Helpful. A great place if you need auto parts or even advice.

I received very good service here. My car wasn't starting for some reason and it was very confusing. Cory helped me figure out the most likely cause is that my power steering unit went out.

I'm so feed up stopping to put air in my tires, only to have the tire gauge on the air hose be broken...UGH! What the heck do some people do to the gauges??? So I stopped in at O'Reilly Auto Parts in Mt. Orab to buy a tire gauge. The man working asked if there was anything he could help me with, as soon as I walked in the door. "I'm looking for a tire gauge. What isle do I need please." He pointed to a display rack next to the register. "Right here you go." He picked up the lowest priced gauge. Slid out the gauge and asked me if I would like to buy this one. No thank you, the numbers are to small. So he inspected gauges and on the 4th one asked, "How's this one? It's the largest print." I could read the gauge fine without my glasses and said, "Perfect, I'll buy this one." The man working got this location a repeat customer.
