Uplift Cannabis Dispensary - Mt. Orab

Uplift is the nicest and friendliest dispensary I’ve ever been in. I’ve been quite a few times but my most recent visit, Sierra was my bud tender. She greeted me as I opened the door and by my name. She’s so friendly and was very helpful and patient with all my questions. I really enjoy coming in here. All the staff are amazing… including the door guard. And let’s not forget the ones in the back, they have my order right & ready every time I come in.

Hands down my favorite dispensary around, the prices and deals are always budget manageable and any staff member is happy to assist whoever with whatever any time I’ve been. I’ve gotten Clarissa as my tender quite a few times and she’s always been cheerful, socially awesome, and she definitely knows her products. 💪🏼 10/10 always recommend her and the whole uplift staff and company as a whole.

Very polite and friendly. Service is outstanding, and fast. I always order ahead online and I’m in and out within 5 to 10 minutes. The people in the back make sure you’re satisfied with your order and allow you to add or modify it anyway you want or see fit. I had an issue with a product and was given the option for a full refund, no issues whatsoever. Managers name was Faith whom I had dealt with. Thanks uplift in Mt.Orab, I highly recommend this be your go to for product.

Sierra was a fantastic help to me as I changed up my regular order. The whole staff have always been friendly and helpful. This store is 45 minutes away. The extra miles are worth it.

Bailey was amazing, Clarissa customer service was on point!! Those 2 are always so helpful! Extremely knowledgeable on the products they sale and will help with any small or big question no hesitation!

I absolutely love this place. It’s my favorite dispensary it’s convenient and on my way home. The staff is great and super friendly. Prices are great they always have something on sale that I need. I highly recommend Uplift. Mount Orab.

This is definitely one of the best dispensaries in Ohio. I’ve been to several and the staff here is always so knowledgeable and helpful in finding the best medicine for me. I have to shout out Bailey!! He rocks and if you follow his advice you will never go wrong.

I've had many great experiences with Uplift in Mt.Orab. They are always outstanding, go above and beyond for their customers, take time to answer any questions I have and are quick to respond to questions regarding their products. Today's visit I had Nick and he was fast and courteous! Thanks for being the only place I buy my medical products from.

I’m very happy that I came to Uplift. I had just gotten my MMJ card yet still felt nervous about everything but that was short lived after I arrived. When I entered the store I informed the security guard this was my first time and he was very kind in telling me everything I needed to do to get me to the next step. Same experience when I was being helped by the receptionist. I had called earlier and asked about getting a print out of my card since I only had the copy I was emailed and before I left she had my copy for me! When getting to purchasing my first product the woman who was helping was very knowledgeable of all the products I had asked about, and information about the information regarding my card and refills. I highly recommend Uplift! Everyone was so nice and was happy to help me every step of the way!

This is one of my favorite places to visit. Not only does this location have the highest quality products that are reasonably priced, but the staff is awesome!

The staff here is great! They are knowledgeable and make the whole experience easy. Always smiling and friendly. (Sierra is phenomenal.) Wait times are super quick even on big events. This is easily my favorite dispensary!

I've been to Uplift several times now and have had a great experience every time.. I place my order and there was a pricing error however since the order was confirmed and placed they honored it. Fantastic customer service and one of my favorite dispensaries.

As always, a fantastic experience. One of my favs , garlic breath 2.0 , was in sale. I stopped in and was greeted by a friendly guard. The lady that checked me in is friendly every time. Always has a smile. I went in the back to purchase and was processed by a gentleman ( sorry, forgot your name. Cashier # 75841))
He was helpful and friendly last time and this visit as well. From what I gather, all the staff are very knowledgeable and friendly.
I highly recommend this store. They have all the products and brands that we all know safe trust

I come here every week. Love the staff and atmosphere every one is amazing. Sierra is fantastic she can help you with anything you need and is very knowledgeable in the products. Would recommend Uplift Mt orab to anyone with a mmj card.

I shop the Mount Orab location which is my favorite. I can go in get my product and be out in a few minutes. The staff are always friendly and have plenty of suggestions for anyone looking to try new things. Highly recommended

I have been going to this uplift since the day it opened 🥳 I do have have trouble walking and when I go in I know the whole staff does everything they can to make it a very fun and safe place for me to visit. I have grown to feel like I’m part of their family !! They walk in and all the way back out to my car 🤲🤲🤲 . The store environment is very clean, inviting and full of information that you would need to know about medical cannabis’s.. and one more big shot out for the staff and management they are truly more than amazing 🤩
