Publix Super Market at Forest Square

Great place to work and shop as well. Every department lives up to their expectations. Recently purchased a birthday cake ,so delicious, I purchase all my cakes from there. I love shopping at Publix. Pictured is a chocolate caramel pecan cake.

I just wanted to share the amazing customer service experience I had a month ago. I had placed an online sub order and when I got to my car i realized that it must’ve been a computer error because everything was completely wrong. I went back and told them and they not only remade it for me but they also gave me my money back. I really appreciated how they went the extra mile and have been coming back since.

Really clean star and most of the prices are great. Love the fact that they have a lobster tank. Last minute and got the last standing rib roast hooray. I do wish you guys still made the stuffing and did the bake stuff shrimp because yours is better than anything you could order in. Because it's been a long week just grabbed some fried chicken for tonight because I have a lot of cooking to do tomorrow. The Fried Chicken was amazing. It's like what KFC was 20 years ago or more some people might remember. Everything is so clean I definitely like shopping here

Wonderful store with friendly staff. If you're going for groceries enjoy the stroll to the fresh seafood market in the back of the store. The deli is great with treats for all. Bring your family spring,winter, summer and fall.

Nice, clean store. Wanted to grab a few things and some fried chicken for dinner. In and out in under ten minutes.

My favorite grocery store staff is always friendly and willing to help you with anything. Great sandwiches and the fried chicken is pretty good.

Tons of options here at Publix. They always have a great deli serving hot food, subs, baked items, cakes and desserts. The grocery side is stocked with everything you need. High medium and low priced items. Fresh meat/seafood department is super!
Current prices have gone up thanks to a poor economy. Customer Service and cleaning standards are always high.

This is such a great grocery store. One of the best in the area. For example, I went to the seafood area and didn't see any tuna steaks on the display. I asked the gentleman behind the counter for some, and he brought out some beautiful tuna filets for me. They also have a great selection of hard to find items. I go here every time I'm looking for something that's not at the local food lion.

They have obviously changed from my last review. Baker and register representatives were extremely sweet and respectful. I was very impressed with them!! Stopped by the Carolina Forest location last week and was ignored at the bakery counter for 10 minutes. They even helped a lady that came in after me while I was waiting for them to stop filling the bread bags and ask if I needed help. She even looked at me a few times and just ignored me and didn't bother asking if I needed anything or was waiting for someone. Needless to say, I took my business at their competitor across the street that day. I decided to take another shot and hit up this location and was extremely impressed with the whole experience. I really like the icing at Publix and try to order my cakes from them. I guess the tables are turned from my last review. So sad that they can't be consistent at each location. Must be the corporate office putting pressure on the employees to produce more products instead of service to make them more $$. Corporations are making mistakes after Covid and turned greedy.

Everything I ordered was available at this store. The delivery food I ordered was good and fresh. My delivery person was very nice too.

Excellent customer service! Ran into a problem picking up an order and they arranged delivery for me at no additional cost. I spoke with 3 people and they each couldn't be kinder.

Had a wonderful woman bag my items and then helped me put them in my car..She was a very pleasant person, she said it was her first day.didnt catch her name.. THANK YOU🙃

This place is very nice, but extremely expensive. The food quality is the best. Great when the have buy 1 or 2 get free.
I did however, go to the customer service desk & let them know the "self serve soda" machine, works, BUT very watered.
I was there yesterday, guess it wasn't looked into because the soda tasted awful.

The bakery dept. Is superb. My husband birthday cake was decorated excellently. Everyone enjoyed cake

082723 - was looking for 2 particular items we can't get at home. Asked 2 employees, both were very polite & helpful. Check out lady was very nice as was the guy standing over an isle working the self check out stations. Store was clean & orderly, parking was clean & well maintained.

What a beautiful store. I specifically went to get sushi because I was told it was good. I was not disappointed!

Super store, clean, well stocked and every employee was very nice, friendly and helpful. Of particular note the young man that was picking up used carts in the parking lot went out of his way to help.

I enjoy my time at Publix. A relaxing and impeccably clean environment with employees that are treated well and speak to me as a customer with kindness and patience. The food is high quality Superior to most other places I've ever been I don't hesitate to recommend Publix

We used to live in Florida but now live in Texas, so HEB is our brand instead of Publix. However, anytime we are in a state with a Publix, it's our go-to grocery shopping. Stopped into this location today to stock up for the Texas State vs. Coastal tailgate, and we were pleasantly surprised and honored that they were offering 10% for veterans and their families to honor Veteran's Day. I'm not sure if that's a Publix wise thing or not, but we really appreciated it.
This Publix holds up to any of our old regular Publixes in Palm Beach.

We were looking for pumpkins to carve the day before Halloween and I swear this was the only store in Myrtle Beach that had any pumpkins at all! They were also the giant clean easy to carve type so we were hyped! Thanks Publix!
