Always great selection of items at great prices. The chester location is always stocked and gas great customer service .

My visit to BIG LOTS was one I did enjoy. From the moment I walked it and was greeted by the front end person to checkout. I gave this BIG LOTS 5 stars.
They took the time to reset there store and I must say for the better. You the customer can move around better. Well stock and most importantly clean, very clean. See photos.

This store is well stocked and maintained. There were a lot of great household items and groceries. I was able to find exactly what I was looking for at this location. I will definitely be returning to this location soon.

Unbelievable that I love to shop at my local Big Lots the prices are great and reasonable. And the merchandise is unreal their season shop has some real good finds and it's stuff u want see at other retailers. Love that and when you get it after the season at the great mark down price that brings joy to my purse. The staff at my local store they are friendly and helpful always. So stop in and shop.

My visit was awesome I was in the clearance section and I found some amazing deals, my cart was loaded. This Big Lots was amazing the clerk was very friendly.

It's always clean and they always have a ton or stuff. It's hard to find an employee on the floor for help though

Looks like they have some new staff members -- I especially love Jasmine the most! She spotted me struggling to find some coconut oil and stopped her duties to help me not only locate the item I needed, but also check me out since the line was long up front. I have never had a bad day of customer service here! I also purchased some mattresses from here during their $10 box spring event and have never slept better. The salesperson for that section even told me a cheaper alternative to getting the items home compared to using the delivery service they have available. As one user mentioned, be wary of pricing -- some items are no different than other retailers, but some are a smidgen (or more!) cheaper. I like it for dog bones, leashes, collars, health/beauty products, kitchen items (pots/pans/utensils), and pantry foods. Just a warning, if you have a puppy like mine (pitbull, 50+ pounds and growing), then do NOT be surprised the collars don't stand up to abuse. They're more suited for small dogs or simply holding their rabies/name/registration tags with no use towards walks. He nearly snapped his off after 4 months of use, so I had to give in for a collar from Petco. The leash I bought a year ago, however, is still kicking!

This Big Lots is a little smaller than others I have visited but it is very well organized and clean. Aisles are labeled well making it easy to find things. Staff is friendly. Prices are very good.

Greater resources of food and better quality of toys made for children. Also, they do sell cheaper furniture and home decor. 5-out-of-5 stars for me.

Big Lots has a friendly greeting upon entering. I appreciate being noticed. The fact that they have name brand bread for $1.50 keeps me coming back.

Although the store didn't have exactly what I wanted, they greeted me. The store was clean and neat.
