I'd give this place more stars if it were possible. During our Smoky Mountain road trip, the wipers were driving me CRAZY with the noise on every swipe. Even though the blades and glass were cleaned and we were getting clear swipes, it was clearly time for a replacement. I was greeted and asked by the desk clerk if I needed any help. He quickly looked up the car and provided the correct lengths for driver/passenger sides. I was overwhelmed at the choices in the wiper aisle and he suggested TRICO Maxx blades. I grabbed them and paid. The cherry on top was that he asked a fellow shop mate to install them on the car!!! What took him less than 5 minutes would have taken me 15+ . So thankful for the experience and even more so to have silent wipers. Note to self: Replace blades more frequently!! Thanks AAP - I'll be back, but probably at my local store in DE!!

Absolutely the most helpful employees, loaned me a bucket to stand on while refilling my a/c unit.

The gentleman working tonight was amazing. Our battery was bad just as we were getting into town, and he helped us buy a new battery as well as taking the time to change it. He was such a blessing to us after a long day of driving and helped make our trip enjoyable instead of stressful! Thank you!!!

Everyone so nice and helpful, we are locals and this location is the only one we go to it's out of our way but the staff and the cleanliness of the store makes it worth it.

The service here was absolutely amazing, they take great care of the customers and are more worried about the quality of service than the quantity. Colton was especially wonderful, helped us to find the exact windshield wipers we needed and even went so far as to help with the installation. Overall great experience.

The people there seem really friendly. I'm with a Knoxville Navy Ball committee and we hold car washes there and the Advanced Auto staff/Mgr are super cool about it and are always friendly to everyone on the committee. We definitely appreciate their support.!

Positive helpful guys with many good tips on how to fix particular problems. Keep good hours that make them almost always there when I need them. I'm a frequent customer since I have 10 cars in my family that I keep running.

Always super employees. Was just in one today. Thought it might be a battery or alternator issue. An older fellow came out and tested stuff, everything was fine. And fun to talk to. Was a minor league hockey player back in the day.

I stopped there needing a new battery, the girl there was outstanding ! Top notch. It's been a few weeks, can't remember her name, but really, just the best. She even ran a test to make sure it wasn't an alternator problem.

Staff at Advance is what keeps me loyal. They are always so helpful. I know very little about an automobile. To too top it off, I'm not very mechanically inclined. That said, I never feel inadequate,despite my lack of knowledge. Staff acts as if no matter what I ask, it isn't stupid and neither am I.

Jacob was SO helpful! There are 3 advance auto stores closer to my house... but I'll drive out of my way to use this one! Thank you for amazing service!

Question, where do you find a radiator cap for a 97 Honda Accord wagon at ? Advanced Auto Parts. Wasn't even in there 10mins. Ask the guy, pecked on his computer, boom done and done. Nice job guys thanks.

In town for a visit needed windshield wipers age term driving through tornado from Ohio to Tennessee to visit mom payed for online they put them in when I got there never even got out of the car!!! TY!!!!!!

There is no other auto parts store that I would go to that had what I need and if they don't they can refer you to another store for the same part. They also have a very knowledgeable staff that's always friendly and easy to help you with whatever it is you need from stuff bolts to engine parts.

EXCELLENT customer service! I needed to switch out a headlight bulb and they did it for me even though they didn't have to. It was quick and convenient and the prices seemed lower than Auto Zone for what I needed.
