Ashley Store

After a nightmare of dealing with City Furniture, I decided to stop into Ashley. I was greeted by a cheerful girl named Cookie and she was amazing! She listened to what my needs were, didn't try to sell me the entire store, was truly helpful in assisting me to find the perfect mattress! It was affordable, comfy and exactly what I was looking for! She made what could have been another furniture shopping disaster into an easy and quick sale! The store was clean and they had beautiful items but it was Cookie that will keep me coming back and referring customers to her!! Ask for Cookie when you go - you won't regret it!

I don’t usually leave reviews because i tend to get terrible service but i was impressed by the sales associate Mike for his outstanding service and patience with me. He called me concerning a credit i had with the store that was expiring which i appreciated and came to shop with him. I left very much satisfied with items i didn’t know I’ll be leaving with

Great Store. Parking was easy and things were nicely spaced out and easy to see. The staff was especially helpful. They asked if you needed help but we’re not hanging all over you. I appreciate they gave me space to look around but we’re close enough if I had any questions. Definitely would go back again. Joshua was a salesman that worked with me and I appreciate all of his help.

The sales associate, John, went above and beyond. I had an issue with Ashley Online, and while the store does not really deal with the online corporation, John went out of his way to make sure I could get the help I needed with a damaged furniture piece. I also ended up purchasing something from the store, and he followed up to make sure everything went well with the delivery. I’d definitely go back to this store location rather than Ashley Online.

Dianna and I were overly thrilled with our "home professionals" yesterday at our Ashley store. Both Tatiana and Luis went out of their way to make sure we understood our options and that we made the right selection for our needs. They could not have been more helpful or more on point. They were excellent listeners and made sure they understood our wants and needs. So nice to do business with these folks and enjoy a selection that did not overwhelm us and yet we felt we missed nothing.

I had a great experience here. My family was warmly welcomed by Tatiana, who listened to what we were looking for and started showing me around. We were then helped out by John since Tatiana had to step away, and John was fantastic. He allowed us to pick out different sectionals that we wanted to look at and was very patient throughout the process. He introduced us to Karla, who would be able to help out when he stepped away momentarily, and she was great at providing additional input to ease the decision-making process. John soon came back and was so helpful and honest when providing his input and when the purchase was being made. He didn't add unnecessary items to the sale and continued to answer any questions and concerns. I'd recommend this store and theses staff member to anyone shopping for furniture.

We bought two sofas at a very good price! The service at the store was excellent, also the delivery crew was amazing! We always trust Ashey Furniture for good quality and service! A 100% we recommend!

Great place to buy good furniture. Joshua was very helpful and knowledgeable about the choices, easily recommending alternatives to help us find what we wanted at an economical price. Would definitely return for my furniture requirements.

Had a great experience shopping for our new dining room table. Sales associate Vlova was very pleasant and helpful. Gave us the space and time we needed to decide on which table we wanted without rushing us or pressuring us like usual sales people do. Will def come back here again to purchase more furniture in the future. Make sure you ask for Vlova to help you!

Our visit Ashley Store was a good experience! Luis, the team member who helped us was extremely helpful and answered our questions. Best of all, pieces were available, total amounts explained and we were on our way within an hour or two

Our shopping experience was a great one!! The beautiful lady who name may start with a V(it’s a very unique name) greeted us and helped us out right away. We were shopping for a mattress for grandma & grandpa was in a hurry. I let her know that and we got right to the purchase. The experience was great and we love the bed!

When I stepped in the store, two young ladies greeted me which that was a plus for me then it was one particular item that I was looking for which I already went to two places to try to find a particular dining room, set the last dining room that I got from City Furniture was over 20 years ago. The dining room Said is still in a condition Quality but I went to City Furniture and couldn’t find what I was looking for this time so I stopped into Ashley and I found a nice wood that feels like great quality. I hope this table last me just as long as the one that I had before. Yes, it was a little bit pricey but the one that I got 20 years ago was also pricey it was like 1520 years ago and that was good quality so I vouch for City Furniture and Ashley because now City Furniture and Ashley‘s in one and I’m hoping the quality is just as good I really appreciate the young lady at Ashley on by the 826 for helping me

Went in just to get an idea of some looks for the renovation and redecorating of my home and ended up with a gorgeous living room set!!! Lots of great options and choices. We received Great Customer Sevice and informative mattress info from our awesome Sales Rep, John. The store manager Marcela was also wonderfully present, friendly and very helpful!
