Great customer service, small store but has a good inventory. Also has a few tables to play matches on with terrain and spots to build/paint in store. If something isn't in stock they will order it for you. I've only delt with Cody but every time he has been attentive and more than willing to help. If you want to get into Warhammer this is a good store to start with!

The staff are welcoming, knowledgeable, and happy to help or let you look around. Great to have a local source of knowledge and hobby supplies.

Great store with a ton of really helpful veteran regulars. The selection of items is top notch and the environment is friendly/welcoming. The store always has at least one or two vets in there that will be happy to give you advice or help. The store manager will also be happy to give you any advice and answer any questions you have. Just keep in mind if it's really busy, he is the only employee and it may take him a minute!

The manager here was extremely kind. He offered me 2 of the minis of the month so that my nephew and I could each get one as I passed through the area. He also helped me find index cards for 3 different armies while I was there. I highly recommend this store!

If you’re a fan of the hobby, this Warhammer store is the place to go. I’m not personally a war hammer dude but when I went in to grab a gift card for the friend everyone in the building was super welcoming and friendly. They were eager to help me and let me see a bit of their world. Super awesome place!

This is a direct retailer for Warhammer, both 40k and Age of Sigmar (plus a number of the box games). Cody is a great manager who cares about this hobby and the hobbyists who visit his store, and is always willing to teach new players how to assemble, paint, collect, and play (the 4 layers of the hobby). You can make special orders here as well, if you are in need of anything GW typically offers.

I just want to give a shout out to Cody! I came in looking to start a new adventure with my sons (7 and 8) and Cody took time to walk us through the store and help us find the best kit to start Warhammer with! Not only did he take time in store, but I have called a few times to get some information (where to find product, who to watch on Youtube, ect). Thank you for your time and patients with my sons! We will be back!

Cody is the man, super knowledgeable, and makes the store very welcoming. Sometimes being a Woman in the gaming community can be intimidating when entering a new store, but Cody and the other guys make it a warm and fun environment!

Games Workshop represented locally! The manager is a great guy and very knowledgeable about the hobby. Shot him a message to hold something for me and I was able to pick it up later that day without any issue. If you're looking to hit up a GW store you'll find none better!

Well run clean store with a passionate manager. Got every question answered and everything i needed to try out a new hobby. The book selection was a welcome suprise. Looking forward to post covid life with painting classes and the like.

Best Warhammer/Games-Workshop store in the tri-state area. Gaithersburg is closer to my house but I drive to Winchester for the more friendly and knowledge staff.

Whether your into warhammer or not, it’s a good local place to get paints for painting your miniatures.

Been there a couple of times and have enjoyed it immensely. Manager knows his stuff and always gives you his undivided attention and help.
