This store has a true asset in their employee, William. He was extremely knowledgeable, hard working, and most pleasant. I always dread walking into any automotive establishment. He has restored my faith in customer service excellence.

Ordered online, pickup after work and they even installed the new headlight bulbs for me! Very convenient, very helpful! Awesome job, thanks!!!

Employees are extremely helpful. There's usually a rebate on an item in the store you can get. Bought a headlight and the employee put it in for me. Oreillys is usually cheaper, but their employees are not as helpful. I would rather pay a little bit more and have the employees at AutoZone

I was taking my vehicle to AutoZone to have them do a diagnostic test on the battery. My vehicle died as I was backing into a spot in their parking lot. They came out and tried to test the battery but it was dead. They thought it was probably an issue with the alternator and helped me get it changed in their parking lot. This was a HUGE help and saved me a lot of time and money. Compliments to the store manager and employee that helped me with this issue. I'll definitely continue to go to this AutoZone for future issues like this. They were so nice and helpful.

I needed an engine code read out. Jeff was great and explained everything to me.

I have been going to this az and two others,(E. Wabash, N. Ft. Harrison), for many years. All three of them have been exemplary. Fast, friendly, professional with a smile. Their management is impressive. The new people seem to know what they're doing, and have for many years. I've never been given a wrong part at any of these stores. If you call ahead they will let you know which store to go to if they have none in stock. The stores themselves are always spotlessly clean.

Rusty Gaines is a fantastic employee. He installed a battery for me. He is professional, knowledgeable, and kind. Auto Zone is fortunate to have him as an employee.

I am traveling out of town and on the start of my journey my driver's side wiper wasn't swiping clearly. It was pouring down rain and I could barely see. I stopped by AutoZone and purchased a new one. Unfortunately I didn't get the names of the people who helped me out by putting it on. They were definitely a blessing!

I needed to get oil for my mower, they were friendly and helpful getting me what I needed.

The assistant manager was excellent and all of them were friendly in there it's always an upbeat environment and they're very friendly but this assistant manager was so great and really caring about my car problems and making sure that they helped me and everything they could!!!

I went there yesterday wondering why my headlight was going out and Jimmy was amazing, I have no knowledge about cars at all and he went out in the cold and helped me with my car! He also informed me of a deal on windshield wiper fluid that I declined at the time but went back today and bought! Amazing customer service

I went in looking for specific tools to put a futon together and they had them at a low price with no hassle. Great service at this store every time. It's the only auto parts store that has sold me, a woman, the right parts every time. Every other store I've been to has sold me the wrong part every time.

I went here because my check engine light came on and the man working there really helped me out by running the code reader on my car. It was an easy fix and I bought the part for it that day. Great experience.

Came in needing a new battery and the staff made sure to tell about each each battery that would work fory car. And the warranty on each one as well. I was able to get in and out quickly thanks to them.
