Service: Staff was friendly, helpful and outstanding. Patty at the fitting room was helpful, kind, warm, personable, and mentioned that she would gladly offer her opinion upon request. I ended up purchasing 24 items and John, Maria and Mimi worked as an efficient and collaborative team to place covers on the merchandise. John extended an offer to help us to our car given that it was dark outside and it was quite a large purchase. We gladly accepted and were impressed with the high level of customer service received.

Selection: The selection of merchandise at this location is excellent.

Value: You will get a lot of value as a one-time customer but a lot more value if you sign up for rewards.

Parking: There is a free parking lot adjacent to the store.

This store is a 10 out of 10. The staff speak to the customers. The store is clean. The bathroom was clean. Products are priced well. Quality of merchandise was excellent.
Marie took the time to help me make a final decision on black designer shoes. The lady who worked with the designer bags was very helpful, sorry I dont remember her name. I told her I was just looking and not going to buy, she was still polite. I did like the purse so I bought it. I did tell the store director, Melanie and I hope this letter gets passed along to them. I normally do not shop at stores like this. I came in because I needed a pair of dress shoes. Wow, your store is worth the drive! See you soon.

this is the third time i purchased at store, i recommend the store cause it supply many kinds of items with great quantity and good price. the store give me a nice shopping area i can choose my favorite goods in a easy and casual way. meanwhile ,the assistants are also nice and friendly.

Shoutout to Tish for amazing customer service! She mentioned I was just a few dollars shy of getting 25% off and let me grab an extra item so I could get the promotion. Most cashiers wouldn't have said anything but she went the extra mile.

First of all I found what I need in the suits section with the reasonable prices plus the fantastic help I got from the fashion staff ( V , Paty and Eric ) was really professional and friendly and helped me to make my decision

Fantastic store to shop for clothes, suits, jewelry, and watches. The staff is amazing and they always go out on a limb to help you find what you need. Very clean store and there is a security guard at the front that helps make it feel more safe. If you're looking for something in particular it can be a hit or a miss, but if you will always find something you want but might not need. I prefer coming here to the Rack. The rack is way more busy and much more messy. I highly recommend Sacks OFF 5TH!

High end store. Lots of discounts. You'll find Gucci, Louis Vuitton, Valentino, etc...great deals. Found the superstar addidas for $59 originally $80. I've been looking for these for awhile and found them here. Very large store. Up to 80% off.

A lot of good stuff, designer brands with 70%

Good store, just please for the love of God stop putting the pricing stickers on the inside soles of shoes. Clearly you haven't had to remove them and it is impossible to do it without ripping the actual padding and it messed up some nice shoes I got from there.

I always love coming here, even if it is way outside of my budget. I can dream, can't I?

I've bought a few things here over the years, and the clothes last as you would expect coming from this type of store. You can generally find good deals, but as you might expect it's the upper class version of Nordstrom rack.

Store is always neat and tidy, and employees are friendly.

Never know exactly what you will find here but most clothes are really from Saks (as opposed to things made explicitly for outlets, like in so many other places) and you will find lots of high-end brands such as Gucci and Missoni, plus a good selection of shoes and sunglasses and other accessories. Staff are super helpful and nice, too.

This has to be my favorite Off 5th I have ever been inside. I've visited a lot of them but rarely buy anything. This one has better brands and selections. It's also tidier than other ones I've visited. I will definitely be back. The prices can be amazing. I saw watches for 30-50% off of the price so purchased them elsewhere.

Hands down the best deals on anything and everything designer. No lie no joke. This place is the bomb. They've got gucci, Prada,the whole enchilada no lie no joke. Anything designer you want they have it, FOR CHEAP! Like half off! It's my biggest secret for all my best clothes.

Tons of selection and great deals. You could find some gems in here for sure. Unfortunately I don't have the patience for long periods of shopping but if you are looking for a deal on fine brands and have spare time you'll find it here.

This store has better than outlet prices on a lot of their clothes. I make sure to stop in regularly because they're always adding new items and having new sales.
