Apple South Coast Plaza

I just want to take the time and share my experience I had at the Apple Store that is in south coast plaza. From the moment I walked in I was attended to which I find wonderful. I was early for my appointment and an associate was able to change my appointment to an earlier appointment . I didn’t have to wait long at all . Ivan was the associate that helped me . Ivan was awesome he explained everything and broke it down step by step forme to understand. I will be recommending this store to all my family and friends . I give the store and IVAN A 10 thank you. !!

We had so much fun with Chef Jess. We learned how to make morning Buns and pain de chocolat. Teamed up with people on our table so it was great to meet other people. I would definitely come back for other classes.

I am very pleased with my experience here today, this is the third time I shop here and it was great, the only down side is the long lines outside but they do move fairly quick. You do have to make a reservation to shop around, but it is well worth it. While shopping I was not rushed nor pushed to purchase anything. I actually ended up buying more than what I intended to purchase because the service was so great.

Super busy but I liked that they told me 30 min wait time and sure thing in 30 minutes somebody came to help me buy a iPhone. That was fast, painless, professional, not pushed to buy extra insurance. I loved it… in 10 mins I was out seeing of my business.
You care of your time, be listened on what you want, be served and go out without losing to much time ? Then this is your place to shop . I recommend!

great experience!! everyone was so friendly, got an ipad, checked out with this funny guy, did not catch his name sadly, came back the next day for a technical problem and got assistance right away by crystal! great customer service and a very homey experience

At Apple you get a lot of friendly employees that is willing to help you in whatever you need help with from purchasing MacBooks to IPhone or just to trade in your Apple products.

Every employee I have encountered at this location were so helpful, personable and very efficient. The Genius Bar staff really know what they are doing- I have worked with Matthew, Peter, Michael and Walter on separate occasions - they each took the time to listen, look into all my concerns and provide reassurance. Regardless of how busy the store is, they dedicate ample time for each customer, this goes a long way when you are concerned about managing your important data! Overall excellent customer service- patient, reassuring, efficient and knowledgeable, can’t ask for anything more. Thank you!

My source for my technology and support for my professional life. The staff is so personable, caring and they listen to everything to find my best solution for my business. The Genius Bar is efficient and quick to turn around repairs. Parking is great. Location is nice. Everyone working at Apple care.

The Apple store solved my problem when my Computer locked up while sending important tax documents.

I had a pleasant experience here at the South Coast Apple Store. I had an appointment at 11am, and was shortly seen by Daniel. He was very knowledgeable about the Apple products. I came into the store to get my Airpods Pros looked at because they had sound issues. He was able to diagnose the issue, but unfortunately, they weren't under warranty, so a replacement wasn't option. It sucks, but oh well.

While this specific Apple Store happened to be chaotic today, the service was awesome, and I for one am thankful the staff is not yet wearing red shirts for Christmas. We have Thanksgiving first, after all.

I wanted to say thank you to Micheal at the Genius Bar who helped me a few months ago. My computer was broken and a different store quoted me a few thousand to even retrieve the photos. Micheal was incredibly knowledgeable and had it working within seconds!! I really thought I’d never get my family pictures back! There was also a very polite and informative man with a hat+ Star Wars pin who helped me find sales associate, I apologize I think his name was Chris or Robbie. But they were both equally incredible in helping me solve my problems and find a new product that was right for me!! Please reward them and everyone in this store for all their hard work! As a customer I would be completely satisfied if they were to get a raise! Thanks and I’ll definitely be coming back if I have issues in the future!!

Even though I waited for nearly an hour to let those guys to get my iPad Pro from other stores, I still rate it with five stars because they gave me the Apple Pencil for free.

We frequent Crystal Court at least two times a week, and always amazed how busy this store is…We totally understand now! We went in to buy not one, but three devices. Needless to say we were very anxious, because of the money we were about to spend. Dereck was simply Awesome! Great personality, cool calm and amazing…we were completely at ease, as he navigated our three devices into the new world of tech. Thank you Dereck, and thank you Apple for having inventory, everywhere we checked were out…customers for life!

Go to Apple Store on Friday Nov/04 and meet the young gentleman name Bryan. He is so professional, friendly, knowledgeable and so quickly! Everything go too smooth. Just got new IPhones 14 pro max and he answer all my questions. Thanks so much Bryan!
