Store is well stocked, staff are friendly, everything is clean. No issues

This is a great place especially compared to the other dirty and hectic 7-11's a few blocks away. This is always well stocked, clean and staff is always very friendly.

THE YOUNG GUY IS ALWAYS COURTESY,POLITE,HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY.HE IS ALWAYS MULTI- TASKING

Has to be the cleanest 7-Eleven in the DMV. Pleasant cashiers along with its contemporary beverage station that even has flavored brewed tea I just had to give them a review that mirrors their service.

The people on counter are not so helpful in sometimes they have hard times in getting the stuff that I want to buy

At 7/11, where Slurpees flow like streams,

If it's lottery dreams you chase,
Metro Wine and Spirit's the place.
Across the street, a safer bet,
Where friendly faces, you'll surely met.

Though behind the counter, they're kind and sweet,
Against the panhandlers, they don't compete.
For a peaceful errand, without dismay,
Perhaps Foxtrot will brighten your day.

The 2 stars is for the environment around it. I like the people that work there alright. But unfortunately in cities, places like this attract crime. Like moths to a light bulb.
Same thing at the McDonald's across the street

I come here nearly every day to grab a drink or a cookie (their cookies are literally the best) and all the guys that work here are always so polite and friendly. The one star is because I went in here today while still in my pajamas after buying groceries next door, and the older woman that I assume is a manager of some sort was very hostile and treated me like a theif for having grocery bags with me. I've spent hundreds of dollars on snacks here in the past year and the one time I went in not wearing a dress and heels, I got profiled. I will continue to shop here because the guys are all friendly and welcoming, and I would feel bad if I let one bad apple ruin the bunch.

Tonight (May 26th 2019) I stopped by the 7 Eleven in 1755 Columbia Road at around 9:40 pm and asked the female clerk if I could play Powerball there and she replied yes.

I then took my numbers (I play the same ones every month) and at that time she had already played a game for me so I explained to her that I played my numbers for 4 weeks every time.

She refused to sell them to me because I did not want to buy the random numbers she chose for me, so I had to leave without been able to play. Very disappointing and very poor customer service.

They sold me a moldy croissant
And 3 day old coffee
I’m n need of a health inspection

I have never felt so discriminated and disrespected. This place needs new employees.

Personally, I don't like this 7Eleven. Oftentimes the service is rude and unkind.

Very unprofessional business. Never going there again.

Manager is very rude and judgmental.
