AT&T Store

Absolutely loved how I was treated when I came to look at phones.. Anderson is so sweet and so helpful with finding the right phone and plan for me! Couldn’t have asked for a better sales rep! Everyone in the store was so nice and welcoming! I loved how honest they were and how helpful Anderson was!

On Thursday afternoon, I went to the AT&T store off of Broward Blvd. The associate there told me that the phone I was trying to have added to my account was not unlocked and that I needed a 4 digit code. After speaking to a Verizon representative, I was told the phone was in fact unlocked and no pin was needed. I decided to go to a different AT&T store today. Both associates at this store were helpful and had the phone activated for my daughter in less than 10 minutes. There wasn’t anything wrong with the phone and no pin was needed. I am not sure why the associate at the other AT&T store couldn’t get the phone activated/working. I will make the drive to this store from now on. 10/10 recommend!

The service here is awesome! A representative named Royce helped us figure out exactly what we needed and got us exactly that! She really helped my wife upgrade her phone and keep her old one to use for business. That was a plus. They have a promotion right now where you can get the 14 pro without a trade in so hurry up and get yours while supplies last! Thanks again Royce!

This is by far my favorite AT&T store! They’re always so professional, knowledgeable, and resourceful. Special shout-out to the general manager and other managers for having such a good employee like Dorian. Dorian took care of me as soon as I arrived and provided the upmost customer service (I wish that tipping at these sorts of stores was normalized). It was a good experience and usually it’s extremely hectic at retail cell-phone stores.

The manager is wonderful and thoughtful. She is a positive person who likes to help others. She is patient and has great customer service skills. The staff is friendly, understanding and knowledgeable. It was a very positive experience. They deserve 100 stars. Oliver assisted with my phone and he was patient and kind. I was very impressed with his knowledge and has worked there many years and is experienced in retail sales. Felt like they cared. Great store.

Karina was so helpful and patient. She walked us thru getting debit cleared and taken off our credit report. I would suggest this branch to anyone and ask for Karina.

The positive reviews about this location are not misleading! I went to this location based on the reviews here and was not disappointed. The staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable and were not pushy at all. Andrew and Manny took plenty of time with me to answer any questions and address any concerns I had buying a new phone and starting a new account with At&t. They also took the time to get my contacts transferred over to the new phone and applied the screen protector after buying. Excellent service! I have no problem highly recommending this location. All this being said, it was slow/there weren't many customers when I went so that may have allowed them to spend more time helping me, but if it were busy I don't think that would have had any negative impact on their friendly, courteous, and helpful service.

Karina is very helpful, kind and knowledgeable. She just did my update very fast. I did not feel uncomfortable or unwanted when dealing with her. I was in another for a insurance replacement, in St Paul, MN, last year... it wasn't the same as with Karina. I normally dred AT&T. I felt so comfortable with her service and energy, I left my phone to get a smoothie next door at Tropical Cafe. 🤣🤣🤣
