Cooper City is always clean, the staff is helpful and knowledgeable, and the Pharmacy is the very best. The regular staff of Manager Jeanine, Craig, Lauren and Dylan etc are awesome. I depend on Craig for keeping me on track with vaccines, refills and specific answers regarding side effects or other pertinent information I may need due to my own medical issues and through his experience with other customers. I trust them all without limits. In a day and time when it is rare to see your personal doctor and you see their P.A., there is sometimes a disconnect between doctor and patient, particularly when they change Physician Assistants. You start all over.
There is a true successful effort at Publix Pharmacy to be consistent in their excellent quality of service with the patient's wellness as a priority. They answer any questions they can and point out anything you should know but haven't asked. If you need a place to depend on to make an extra effort for your prescription needs, this is it. They really, truly care and you, as a patient, will feel it.

I went to this publix location because it is near my kid's school and was blown away by the food assortment (hot case) and the attentiveness of the staff! I definitely will be going there more often!

I am having a terrible day today. I had to stop by publix to pick up some items, and the employees were so super nice that I actually smiled. I wish I knew your names because I want to say thank you! The cashier, the young lady, was bagging my groceries and Micheal, who helped put my cat litter in my car . Thanks for being so polite and working with a smile. Some may say you were just doing your job, however, I am a mother of 3 and shop a lot. Daily I come in contact with miserable, rude, and unthoughtful employees. Your attitude does make a difference in a person's day.....so I just want to say many Thanks for your work with a smile, your kindness, and your help!!!

If they don't have it, they will get it.

This is my local location. I do also use others near the workplace. But, this location is home to me. The employees are STELLAR! Always. Same staff you love to see every visit. They make it personal. The attention to detail, and the fact they are always on their cart game is definitely noticeable . A special shout out to Kim in the deli. She actually elevated an already superior pub sub experience. AMAZING job from Kim. Kudos to her, very friendly organized and shows care in her work. What an asset she is. Thanks a bunch team. Great job as always.

Run to Publix, always a sale, every Thursday starts a new Sale.

Publix is my favorite grocery store, always clean, very well stocked, easy to find the items I came to buy and check out is always a breeze. What made me stop at this particular store was that it could be seeing from afar and was very easy to enter from busy road.
