Karen at the West County Rd store was amazing!! She went above and beyond to assist with transferring my elderly father's number over to my Cricket plan. I've never had such awesome customer service!!👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

The worst thing that could possibly go wrong in the midst of traveling WENT WRONG! Long story short my trusty iPhone was unfindable!! To top things off, I couldn’t get into my account which blocked me from online funds needed while traveling such as Apple Pay etc. Karen and Alexa provided alternative solutions to help save the day! I’m so thankful that these ladies were so helpful! Stellar customer service! Literally life savers! True Wonder Women!!

My phone was not receiving calls after a port in and the ladies helped me by contacting customer service and the issue got resolved.

I came to this location because the rep at Walmart location was very rude. She didn't walk away from behind the counter and just pointed me to some phones. I came to west county and Karen helped me with all of my needs. I'll definitely be coming back here instead.
