I called the store n spoke with Phil regarding getting oil for my car n asked him how do I know how much oil it takes? He looked up all the info I needed so I headed for the store. When I arrived Phil actually came outside n showed me how to get my hood opened, n how to check my oil. He also went above n beyond that n checked to make sure all my fluids in my car were OK. He even checked my wiper blades to make sure they were good. I told Phil that I haven't turned my AC on yet this year because I was worried it wouldn't work so he turned my AC on n it worked fine. I'm a senior citizen woman n was pleasantly amazed by how dedicated he was to alleviate my stress making sure myself n my car were safe!!! Thanks Phil for all your help!!! I would highly recommend going to this Auto Zone! It was a pleasure knowing that when I needed help, I was able to get it n then some!!! 😊Great Experience!!! 👍👍👍

Lee was awesome. He checked my car’s battery and emission light after I got a bad gas tank. I came in on a Friday night at 8pm.. and he solved the problem in minutes.. note to self: if it goes on it’s probably the gas tank

I must say that the commercial department must be really proud of themselves and there outgoing customer service. From the moment I need help with something over the phone to the drivers that drop off the items! I have been dealing with AZ for a few months already and want to give credit where it belongs, Thank you Chris (both Chris) , Corey from the office for always being kind and helpful. Thank you to all the drivers (Im sorry there are a few names I cant recall) Steven, Paul and Frank for always coming in with a smile to deliver our parts. You guys are fantastic!

Went in last night. Employee was very helpful and even asked to check other things that could be wrong with my car. Was great to go out to my car this morning and it start with no issues! Friendly and kind staff!

I was on vacation in Lake Harmony from Philadelphia. My battery died. Got a jump from the tow service, but couldn't shut my engine off until I found an Auto place to put a new one in for me. Called places that were closed or didn't have my part, or wouldn't help me install it. This AutoZone helped me not only kindly on the phone, but assisted in putting my new battery in my Honda Pilot. Nick the employee there went out of his way to help me and I thank you for helping me get back home....

Great prices on car parts. If the parts not in stock they will order it for you. The folks working there know what they're doing. Some parts stores hire people that know nothing about cars.

Last night my fiancé and I went to AutoZone to find parts for my car, as the check engine light had come on. Fiancé has a code reader so we diagnosed the problem, but the guy behind the counter helping us was very nice and knowledgeable. He gave us some additional information to make sure that was in fact the problem and it worked! I know retail jobs are hard to work every day but especially now during COVID-19. So kudos to the guy, whose name we cannot remember but he helped us fix the problem on my car! Great customer service, thanks for all your help! -a grateful couple

Went in there in a hurry tonight because the the plastic cover on the bottom of my 09 Subaru Tribeca was falling off. The staff was very friendly, helpful and knowledgable. They helped me find the right screws for piece. The one gentleman who came outside to help me was excellent but unfortunately I didn't catch his name. I will definitely be shopping in this Autozone from now on!

AutoZone is a always helpful. I am never disappointed except the rare time when they don't have a part I need but they can always find one and make it available in a timely manner. I don't need that instant gratification like some people so I still give them 5 stars.
