Rodney provided exceptional customer service. Watched him multi-task between several clients but yet never felt like you had to wait long in between. Rodney is a fun guy who definitely made the experience of upgrading after many years a smooth transaction, and was able to provide us with as many discounts as possible. We will definitely keep going back to him for our cellular guy!

Rodney was beyond professional, caring, and extremely intelligent. I spent 8 hours on the phone with 6 different reps including supervisors who could not fix the problem.
Within 15 minutes Rodney was able to correct the issue. If it wasn't for this amazing man, the phone was going to be returned.
