Awesome time. This store was kind enough to host a game day for our homeschool kids! And the food from the deli was very tasty! Thank you for the space for the kids to play!

I have been to this store several times and it is great each time I have been, it's clean, and a lot of fruits and vegetables, and many other things too. But I like it. Keep up the great work.

I love shopping here, they have everything and if you can't find it someone will help you find. Very clean and the worker are awesome 👍 If you can't get out they deliver to you 💯

This was the first time my husband and I were in this store. We usually go to the Market Street by our house but we had an appointment at the pharmacy for our Covid boosters. The pharmacy lady was extremely nice. The store is beautiful. So clean and well maintained. The aisles, the produce section and the bakery were awesome. I may just travel the extra few minutes and start going to this store. I have been in other United stores but this one just seemed to be so much cleaner and well maintained.

I love it because it's never busy at this location. Great selection too! All the assorted cheeses you could ever want.

Customer service is amazing! I love that every staff acknowledged and greeted me with such warm smiles. I definitely will miss Lubbock. The folks here are super sweet and kind.

Employees are friendly and the store is always clean. Prices are a little higher than Walmart, but the quality and customer service make it worthwhile. Great job United Foods!!!!

Love this place! We shop here for all our grocery and toiletry needs. The store is always clean and well stocked! The beer and wine selection is really good too. We like how the checkers are always waiting for you when you are ready to check out! Having your groceries carried out to the car and loaded in the trunk is a really great bonus!

Very busy (2/13/22). Baked chicken dinner very good, Cooked prefect. Okra & tomatoes, delicious. Green beans were just gbs. One great thing LA RAMS WON!.

Great customer service. I especially love the fact that my bags are always carried out to my vehicle. Being disabled, this is a huge factor. Plus they don't take tips, great kids who work there.

People make the experience!! I love shopping for groceries and feeling like they really want me as a customer! One of the only places that still values their customers and takes care of them. Carries my groceries out and doesn't herd you around like cattle like some of the other store do!

The store is always very clean, the employees are very helpful, they have an in-store pharmacy, a floral department, a bakery, and a hot food department. It is very convenient to have so many different options in one place. Even though they have so many different departments it is still not an overwhelmingly large store. I like being able to get in and out quickly without having to deal with a large crowd.

Excellent service. They always have a good supply of items. Not too crowded.

Very nice store. Great layout, easy to find everything. Great selection of items. Bakery is amazing. Cashiers and carryout are very very customer oriented and friendly. I think i found my new favorite grocery store.

Prices are more then Walmart, but look what you get in return. Your paying for customer service and trust me it’s worth it. Friendly cashiers who know their jobs, courteous carry out service and clean store!! Bathrooms are clean and maintained. I wouldn’t step foot in a Walmart not even to save money. I’d rather spend more and get excellent service. Meat department is amazing! They will cut to order, bakery is off the charts and vegetables always look fresh. Keep up the good work.

Very nice and clean store. Went to the bakery for a birthday cake. The employees were very helpful, courteous and friendly!

One of the sackers named Travis was so helpful and kind. I lost my car keys as I shopped and helped load my groceries. Travis helped me search the store. He spoke with managers. He even had another sacker go with him and they unloaded all the food from my car into a basket and searched my car two times. I receive food donations from United for my church. So the back of my car was completely full of baked goods. He was so very kind. I finally found my keys in an empty United sack I keep in my car to bag and distribute the donated food. I love this store. Every employee is so kind. It is so organized and clean.

Very good selection. Great and friendly service. Just wish the prices were not so much higher than WalMart.
