This is the only pharmacy in town that has a professional and well trained staff. Friendly, knowledgeable, and have consistently willing to go the extra mile. I truly appreciate them.

I visit the CVS Pharmacy often and always have a positive experience. Staff is friendly and helpful. I am also greeted every time I enter the store. Highly recommend.

After years with Walgreens in siler City I’m definitely going to be switching to the CVS pharmacy in siler City. Elizabeth at the pharmacy went above and beyond to get my booster today after a debacle at Walgreens across the street. She was very personable and represented CVS with so much wonderful qualities. Her staff was hustling and making sure everybody left with a smile while I waited for my Covid vaccine. They definitely went above and beyond to make sure every customer felt taken care of. I’ll be moving all of my prescriptions over to CVS!!

They are friendly and professional. I know the pharmacists since I have been using them for years.

They are taking every precaution and it is a safe place to shop. Face masks required and social distancing is enforced.
If you don't comply, you cannot shop there.

Very friendly,caring.always ready to answer questions.They always make sure we know about possible side effects with our drugs. Our medicine is always ready for pick up.They are like family. Would not go anywhere else

Clerk asked us to use self checkout. After I scanned the first item THEN she said she could also check us out. Self scanner is HORRIBLE! Incredibly loud and repeats immediately and doesn't give you time to hit buttons. Makes you feel rushed.

GET RID OF SELF CHECKOUT MACHINE!!!!!!

Customer service was awful. The cashier kept finding stuff to do to force customers to use self check out. Then the self checkout had issues that needed cashier anyway, so line was long.

I went to this pharmacy today and the cashier was the rudest person in the entire store. I will make sure my family and I never waste our money in this place. I should have known better and just go across the street to Walgreens. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY IN THIS PLACE

Worse customer service I have ever experience the cashier has a nasty personality towards customer. I will not be comingback to this pharmacy. Stay away from this place

Rude staff. They don't call if your prescription was ready. If Walgreens would keep my sons medicine in stock I would go there.
